Robert was very nice coordinating and picking us up from a wedding from dogwood canyon which had basically zero cell service. We scheduled to be picked up at 11:30 and while on the phone he was adamant that he will show up at 11:15 to be safe. We learned that night the the last call was at 11:00 instead of 11:30. After last call we head to the entrance and sure enough at exactly 11:15 he rolls in. Definitely would recommend this company especially if you have a larger group. read more

We stopped using ryde with us due to one of the drivers (the owner, Robert) being extremely rude. In the beginning he was always talking down on the competition as well as lamenting about his failing bussiness. At this point it is easy to see why it is going poorly for him. We tried to give him a fair chance, but my husband said he would no longer use them. Today, on the phone Robert was worse than ever, going as far as yelling at me because I had called the other company first. I will only be using The Loop and Yellow cab. read more
