Owner offered a refund but didn't follow through on stated amount. Her lies about the rental has ruined our vacation and as it's PEAK SEASON WE ARE UNABLE TO BOOK ELSEWHERE! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! My family is very unhappy! Beware if you don't heed my warnings! UPDATE: The owner did refund $250 and then an additional $350 yesterday. The only reason she did this was because she is admitting her dishonesty in her listings and is trying to save face! I'm still not satisfied because my family remains unhappy as the amenities she described in her original description DO NOT EXIST! We would leave immediately if there was anything available to rent here! As it's BUSY SEASON that's not an option!

After last call we head to the entrance and sure enough at exactly 11:15 he rolls in. Definitely would recommend this company especially if you have a larger group.

Mollies landing #2 155 VanBuren. Eureka Springs, Arkansas…read moreVery small place 1 room. We had to call and request a dresser so we had a place to put our clothing. They have a very small "coat closet". No stove or dishwasher. They have a deck and it is a shared deck, their is another rental below the 1 room rental above. The tenants below must walk through the deck to get below. The deck has chairs and a table, however they have carpenter bees that leave saw dust on the table constantly. It's ok if you are spending 1 night max. Frankly, not as pictured or really described. We spent 5 nights not worth the money. Minimal amenities no iron,no ironing board, few dishes very small bathroom. So, if your looking for a one nighter then I would say ok. The AC unit is loud and woke us up every time it kicked on. They have no couch 1 small chair in the "bedroom" and 2 table chairs behind the vanity. Poorly set up. We will not rent again. Pictures on sight are deceptive. Here are some pictures we took.
