My wife and I have been here multiple times across multiple trips to Anchorage, and every time we are delighted by the new and delicious flavors they have to offer. We love the garage-brewery atmosphere, with many comfortable places to sit and the aforementioned board games. The service is wonderful as well, the staff is very knowledgeable and recognized us when we came back. Customer service really doesn't get better than that. My only gripe is that I can't come here more often.

I don't know what magic they do to get the skin so crispy and bubbly, but I'm happy they figured it out! It's like popcorn, so light and airy. And even sauced, the crispy texture didn't end! We took half our wings home to Anchorage and even after the microwave a few hours later - still crispy. We also shared a Greek salad that was delicious, fully loaded, and so big we both ate off it and still had leftovers!!!

Rich, creamy, perfectly balanced, and the prosciutto takes it to another level without overpowering the dish. I've also had their brunch, and the salmon with cream cheese and capers deserves a shoutout. The salmon is not dry (which is rare), and the bagel is toasted just right--not overly crunchy, just perfect. The outdoor seating is awesome, especially if you ride. This is easily one of the better spots to pull up on a motorcycle and enjoy a solid meal. Bonus points for the atmosphere. And the staff? Absolutely unreal--in the best way. Crazy friendly, welcoming, and they genuinely go out of their way to make you feel like part of their crew instead of just another customer. Great food, great vibes, great people. One of the best beers I've had so far is A deal with the devil double oaked! This beer is made to enjoy! On the sweet side with a hint of caramel or toffee. A sample since glass is plenty for me! It's never really busy when I stop by so it's usually pretty quiet which makes for great opportunities to talk to staff members. They all are so patient, which is appreciated! They have a way to always suggest the best beer depending on what you are in the mood for. All in all, this brewery is a great place to meet up with friends or family.

And they do more than beer. They have wine and kombucha kits as well. If you need something that you don't see, just ask. Every weird ingredient from gelatin to Irish moss has been available. There has yet to be a question they can't answer. Even if it's sorta dumb. At first I was worried about brewing five gallon batches. So they worked with me to make one gallon batches, with three different recipes. Super patient. Go start a new hobby! I only wish they were closer to the valley instead of the south side of Anchorage.

In fact Alaska in general thus far I have enjoyed the breweries there considerably. The beer I had from this brewery was the Panty Peeler which is a Belgian Tripel. A good beer for sure and is a good pairing with fish and chips or a burger. Flavor highlights with this beer are sweet, strong and fruity but all in a well balanced way. The beer goes down smooth and is light bodied. A good beer to start for me with this brewery. I'd loved to try more of their beer options. Love the brewery's swag and have a t-shirt or two and would love to score a hoodie that I had my eye on but it was out of stock so I'll try back later.

Never thought I would see this in Alaska. I just finished my cheesesteak 5 minutes ago. Run to Odd Man Rush brewery and have a beer and a cheesesteak. Mammoth Cheesesteak Co. is only there on Thursdays and Fridays. I'll be there tomorrow.
