The french bread roll was rubbery like a hotdog roll from the freezer. Light on a salami meat. The ice latte was bad. I'm unclear what could have caused the flavor but I left 90% of it undrank. I don't think I'll go back to this place when subway (Americas least acceptable sandwich). If I was in the area, I think I'd rather go Nextdoor to the bar for an equally priced burger.

They actually do an ok job sometimes (don't get the croissants though. Raw in the middle). It's just that the service can be so distracted it feels like you're interrupting them when you go to the counter to order. And your food might show up all at once, or more likely whenever they get around to it. They may or may not forget your order while gossiping or arguing. They might over steam the milk in your latte. The soup might not show up with your sandwich. Your mocha might not be stirred, leaving all the chocolate in the bottom. And so on. But if you listen closely you'll know who is dating who and what they think of having to work shifts they don't want... Maturity, focus and attentive management would turn this cute concept into a shop to patronize. As it stands, we avoid it because we just don't need the frustration. There's nothing here that isn't being done better elsewhere. Nice idea, gen-z execution. Not recommended at this time.

I've never been there before and it was pretty easy to find and he was inside working. He was super friendly and the coffee was fresh but honestly, it is all about the dark roast there. I got the six pack sampler and found many of them to taste very similar despite the geographic differences in origin. I think some of the nuances are overshadowed by the very heavy roast on the beans. If that is your jam, you'll love this place. If you enjoy a mix of darker coffees and lighter coffees, I don't think the selection here is the best for you.
