    Matcha latte

Came here to do some work with a friend and ordered a matcha latte with oat milk, which was pretty good! My friend ordered a blueberry banana smoothie, which was also yummy. It's a casual cafe with small tables for you to grab a drink, quick bite to eat, or do some work. Service is quick and it's pretty busy in there.

Great place to work or meet with friends. The food is good, with a decent variety and really good drinks. It also came out pretty fast. Nice spot if you're in the neighborhood.

I've stopped by Bean Bag Cafe several times, whether to get some work done or grab brunch. This place has everything from breakfast, lunch, and dinner to coffee and wine/beer. They offer plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and the owner is very friendly. I've ordered the Baja scrambled eggs, tacos, and the Bodega Bay sandwich, and the portion sizes are huge! I always have a great experience here and will definitely be returning many more times.

Genuinely one of my favorite-ever study spots! This place just feels like home. They are incredibly nice and accommodating. The smoothies are delicious, and the fries are perfectly salted for only $5.50. They also have some tables near outlets in the back.

Came here to hangout at the cafe and use their WiFi (free). The cafe was spacious, clean, and played good background music. I ordered a Thai tea (~$5), was decent. I didn't get anything to eat but they had a bunch of customers coming in an out for their food so I'm sure it's good! Will def come back to try some.

Work from home lunch on a rainy cloudy day the cheeseburger was just right to help power through the rest of the work day. No line when I went in but the warm cafe filled up as the lunch hour went on. Many customers seemed to be looking for a short break from the passing rain. Probably should try their crepes since it's the main part of the menu but just wanted something filling with a side of fries. Fun spot to people watch due to the busy divisadero traffic.

Let's give a toast to the neighborhood cafés that have survived San Francisco's transformation over the last 20 to 30 years. There aren't many of them. Beanbag is one of the survivors. Homely, basic, friendly and classic. You will find better, small batch, bespoke, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches elsewhere, but you won't get the personality. You won't get the sense of a neighborhood institution. The folks here are friendly, there is free Wi-Fi and a pretty extensive menu. Everything is fine. I usually go for breakfast and Tim never disappointed. If there's anything I don't like about it it's that there are always techies in here having their little techie meetings. Investment this, capitalize on that, scale, blah, blah, blah. But it speaks to that this place is spacious and chill.

Solid place! Cozy, comforting, yummy, no frills. Staff is nice and food is good (pretty basic).

GET THE BURRITO - SO DAMN JUICY! When you walk in the restaurant, you will need to order at the counter before choosing a seat. I would recommend sitting outside when the weather permits!

iced oat latte was a bit acidic, but only slightly. the chicken pesto crepe was great, the crepe was packed full and the chicken was tender. the tuna melt sandwich wasn't that special and the focaccia was a burnt and not very airy, but the fries were crispy and nice

Located a block away from Alamo Park and two blocks from the painted ladies. This is a great neighborhood coffee shop with an extensive food menu(breakfast, lunch and dinner). Smoothies, espresso drinks, and adult beverages. Ten beers on tap(Stella Artois $6 happy hour). They also have a restroom for customers.

This place is probably one of the best brunch places i've ever had. No joke. It does get a bit crowded because it's mostly people studying/doing work in this cafe. We just opted to eat on the outside patio instead. The workers are so kind and sweet and communicative. We ordered: Chicken Pesto Savory Crepes (with side of potatoes), Cheeseburger with Fries, and Cheese Steak Sandwich with side salad. Unfortunately they ran out of steak for the sandwich but were so grateful for the update and replaced the steak with chicken instead. Everything looked delicious and was a good portion size too. Even better and worth its price. The fries and potatoes were SO crispy we were so curious on how they made it so crispy snd yummy. Everything tasted delicious and yummy, my cousin really enjoyed her sandwich even though it had to be replaced with chicken. The only one small thing is the chicken pesto crepe and that the chicken tasted a bit dry. But the sauce was amazing and the crepe tasted good overall but thats all we wanted to say about the chicken for the crepe. Overall i would love to come back here next time I'm in town :)

You order at the counter and then take a seat, and they bring the food to you. I got the breakfast crepe, which came with a side of potatoes. The crepe was large, delicious, and filling! Perfect for brunch. I love the variety of sweet and savory crepes available, at fair prices for SF. We were able to hang out and chat for a long while and didn't feel rushed to leave, especially as it got less busy after 1pm.

My wife ordered the Eggs Florentine and I had the Croissant egg and ham sandwich with potatoes. Both were delicious and huge, no going away hungry. The price was very reasonable, especially for San Francisco restaurants which charge a fortune for simple food. This place served delicious food, plenty of it, at a very reasonable price. If I had to say something critical about anything would be the bathrooms; VERY clean but only single use only. So there could be a serious problem if you just have to go and there's a line. We totally recommend this place!

There's plenty of seating, including tables that work well for larger groups, which makes it an easy choice when meeting up with family or friends. I came for breakfast and there were a lot of solid options: omelets, crepes, pancakes, and more. I ordered the chorizo scramble and it was excellent. The chorizo had great flavor with just the right amount of spice, not bland at all. The crepes were also as good as I remembered. The service really made the visit. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, and just had a genuinely warm presence. My 6-year-old even commented on how kind and smiley she was, which pretty much says it all. I don't recall her name but she had a slight Russian/Slavic accent. Drinks were great too. The fresh-squeezed orange juice was great, and the latte was well made. As a bonus, parking was easy and free early on a weekend morning, which is always a win in SF. Overall, we had a great breakfast and I'd definitely come back.
