Called the owner, who answered immediately and was able to accommodate my work request on short notice. Little sticker shock at the end, as my multi-feature G-Shock required two batteries. And a $50 out-the-door cash subtraction from the wallet. Ouch. But, that's inflation for ya'. The owner's really nice, and she has a unique store, with a lot of stuff to look at inside while you're waiting. Goodness, what a horrible person, the worst service one could ever receive. I wanted a design on a…read morebook, on a material he said he's never used before. He was very rude to my questions, when all I wanted was to understand the process, and make minor suggestions to give him a better idea of what I wanted. But no, he said he "knows what [he's] doing" Even though he clearly didn't. My design ended up poorly done, it was not finished, and got all up on my face and raised his voice when I asked him to finish it after telling me that was all he could do. What I wanted wasn't complex or anything out the ordinary, Scott was just rude and very disrespectful. Would never go to him again, and highly suggest anyone else wouldn't either.
