If I could give no stars to this business, I would. They don't deserve any. There are negative…read morereviews of Digital Stitchz for a reason. They provide such horrible customer service, I don't know how they manage to stay in business. I'm required to wear uniform shirts at my workplace. Digital Stitchz is the vendor my workplace uses. The week of July 21, 2025, I placed 2 orders at Digital Stitchz -1 for 5 shirts my work pays for, and 1 for 5 shirts I pay for, so I'd have enough shirts to wear to work. 2 weeks later, I received a text from Digital Stitchz saying my shirts were ready. From what I understand, 2 weeks is their usual turnaround time, so things were as expected. However, when I came in to pick up my shirts, they had only completed 1 order - 5 shirts work pays for, but not the shirts *I* was going to pay for. It was clear from their employee's reaction, they'd completely forgotten about my other order, hadn't even looked at the order form. He was surprised to see it in the folder along with my other order. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they got upset with me (mind you, this was THEIR error, not mine) and refused to apologize. I was given a vague answer that they'd "work on it," but it was clear they had no intention to rectify their error in a timely manner. They didn't care that they'd inconvenienced me, a paying customer. I waited another 2 weeks and didn't hear anything from Digital Stitchz. I then called the business to ask for a status report and their employee hung up on me. When I called back, the same thing happened with a different employee. She hung up on me. I was also told to "talk to my supervisor" about getting my order completed, even though these were shirts *I* was paying for, not my workplace. I discussed the issue with my workplace to let them know I was running out of shirts and Digital Stitchz had caused the screw up. My workplace called Digital Stitchz and couldn't get an apology or any offer to rectify the screw up either. They just gave another vague status report of "it will take 2 weeks." It had been nearly a month since I'd placed my order at that point and I was running out of shirts to wear. It was more clear than ever that Digital Stitchz doesn't care how they treat their paying customers or how their poor business practices inconvenience us. I waited another week and tried calling the business again. No one answered the phone and their voicemail box was full. I emailed the business through their website to ask for a status report and received a response the next day, claiming I was "harassing them" and needed to stop. I gave them another few days to cool off, sent an email through their website again, requesting a status report, and received another angry message claiming I was "harassing them," and was "being unprofessional." Keep in mind, the previous week, THEY hung up the phone on me. THEY screwed up my order, refused to apologize or fix it in a timely manner. And I'm the one being "unprofessional" by asking for a status report? Really?? When I stated those things in another email to the business, they promptly responded to say they were cancelling my order. They can apparently respond to an email within a few minutes, but refuse to spend any time issuing an apology or fixing their own screw up for a paying customer. So now I have no additional shirts that I'm required to wear to work. All I have is this social media platform to let others know to avoid this business at all costs. They don't deserve your money or your time. What they deserve is some stiff competition that knows how to treat their customers well, values our input and our money. Digital Stitchz clearly does not and doesn't deserve our patronage.

Best customer service!…read more I've ordered from here twice now and both were pretty last minute, but it was no problem for them. They fulfilled my order quickly and the quality was still great! I believe the person that helped me both times was Freddy and he's very kind and helpful! I highly recommend T-Shirt Source Daly City for all of your custom apparel needs.

If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.

I cannot believe the experience I had with this business! I just got back from picking up my bike…read morethat I only purchased two months ago. The derailer hangar snapped and needed to be replaced. This is why I left extremely upset! I bought the bike to go on rides with my son. I bought a separate seat that is attached to the middle bar so my toddler can ride with me. Last week during my ride we came across a cross walk where I began to cross and needed to shift gears up as I had just came from climbing a hill. While in the cross walk I began to shift gears down and the chain came apart causing my back wheel to be stuck. I had to carry the whole bike with my son it to the other of the cross walk. The following day - contacted customer service for help. I was placed on hold, then HUNG UP on. I immediately called right back and got the same woman who then told me she could NOT help me because I exceeded the 30 day return. She mentioned that she would have exchanged it but the bike was sold out. She then informed me the only option for me was to contact warranty and she referred me to my manual for the number. Next day - google GT warranty. Department was closed after 5. (Called when I was off work) Day after - called warranty and was transferred to a different warranty because they handled my brand bike and found out the department was CLOSED due to COVID. I then contact DICKS customer service and some guy answered who seemed like he just woke up out of his sleep and was high. I couldn't even believe it. He was so out of it... slurring his words... couldn't remember the things he was saying... and his sentences didn't even make sense! He told me that the bike had a 90 day return policy and to bring it to the store for return. Because of my strange interaction with him I contacted my local Dick's sporting goods and spoke to the manager Becky. I told Becky my experience and asked her if it was true that I could return my bike. She told me that it was not and told me she understood the frustration with warranty as she has experienced the department being closed as well. She made me feel understood and knew exactly what I was talking about. She told me to bring the bike in the store and that we could fix it. She gave me a heads up that it would be a first come first serve and I was fine with that as I was in no rush and just wanted the bike fixed. I offered to buy the part on Amazon as it cost about $20 and could possibly get it quicker than if they had ordered it. She told me not to come out of pocket that the store would just go through warranty. I was so happy to have spoke to her because I thought finally some good service. Next week - I bring my bike in. I walk to the back where I knew the bikes were located and came across Bob who mentioned he was about to be off and to go the front where I will need to fill out papers. So I go back to the front and waited to fill out papers. The girl assisting me was helping so many other people I was just standing there. Not to mention I had my 3 yo old who wasn't as patient. I filled the paper work Bob comes to the front and tells ME what happened to my bike. Basically telling me that I dropped my bike (which I never did) that he can tell because of the scuff marks (my bike came with no kickstand and when riding my bike I def brush the pedal against the wall when I come to a stop at a bench) he mentioned the oil on my spokes came from the chains coming off because the hangar bent when I dropped it. Which wasn't true. Before bringing it my son had been spinning where the gears shift and was touching the spokes with hands. The fact that they were causing me what I DID with my bike made me feel a type of way. I didn't argue with him because that's what he thinks after fixing bikes for a long time that no matter what I said wasn't going to change his mind. 2 days later - Bob calls me to tell me my bike is fixed and ready to go! He was very pleasant to speak with and although I felt a way from him telling me what I did to my bike I was just happy that he fixed it so fast! He was kind and told me he was able to fix it faster than usually was because he had an extra part from a previous bike he had to fix. He told me I would not be charged for any labor and to just pay for the hangar. I expressed my appreciation because I anticipated it being there longer and told him I'd come after work to pick it up. While I didn't mention it to him that Becky told me warranty would take care of it I waited until I got to the store with hopes of Becky being there. Arrival - I go to the back and push the button since no one was in the section. Steven comes over and was RUDE from the get go. I let him know that I pushed the button and he was like "OKAY." I was expecting him to say something else and he just stared at me so I said "I'm here to pick up my bike" and he was like "Okay... name?" And so I said "Jacklynn" so he rudely opens the binder and keeps flip
