Her location is easy to get too. Parking at the attached lot of the building is available, (if it's full, there is street parking around). The building is clean. accessible, it has an elevator, a restroom on the first floor and entrance on both lot and front of building (btw, try the handle). It's walkable to downtown and can occupy time for shopping, errands and eats'! Her office suite is quaint, and secure. Jane provided very detailed directions and information on her initial emails! I would say she is very personable, down to earth and knowledgable. She provided recommendations and/or suggestions that were very helpful to me e.g. jewelers, insurance. Jane is a great person and she is extremely knowledgeable! I needed a consultation regarding my loose colored gemstones. Which one should I send to the gemological laboratory in order to get a certificate and which one isn't worth it? Jane's detailed consultation helped me a lot! She has found a feather (sort of a crack) in one of the stones and pointed it out to me that the stone needs special attention during the process of mounting it and that I should be choosing a highly reputable jewel for such a delicate job. Now my next step is to send the stones to AGL lab (I hope it reopens soon) so they get brief cards or more detailed certificates and then set them into jewelry pieces. She told me more about the diamond and showed me the small "cloud" defect that made the stone VVS2. I also got to see the inscription on the diamond which was really cool through the microscope.
