I recently shopped at this store and was confronted by a very Rude employee. I sprayed a small…read moreamount of room freshener to see if I liked the scent and a very Rude employee confronted me and said "don't spray any of the room freshener". I didn't say or do anything as I was in shock that an employee would do this. She then said again said "don't spray any of that freshener" like I was a 2 year old. As I was leaving the store I saw this same employee getting mad at a group of 3 -4 women entering the store. I noticed the women turn around and walk out the door. In a world of severe competition among various retail stores it makes no sense for an employee to act this way. I plan to take my business elsewhere.

I asked for help specifically, and he said isle 15! Then he went back to playing on his cellphone. He was very engrossed with his phone. When I did question what was in a box, he said if you open it, you must buy it! He refused to open the box, so I didn't know if it came with a cord, and neither did Martin! A total looser! Might be time to loose all the piercings on his face, and be more respectful and helpful !!!

It's easy to go from buying toothpaste to groceries without doing a lot of searching. Parking is good at this store and it's not hidden by side streets. You can get right out to Pine Ridge Road and be on your way. The employees are helpful and friendly, I did have to ask one of them where an item was, but they knew right off and didn't pull out their phone. Target has good products without breaking the bank. I like shopping here for the variety of quality items like shampoo or skin care, then being able to grab some groceries. Having Starbucks in the stores makes shopping better, and the locations around town make it easy to shop.

After buying an expensive fragrance, it's nice to see the clerk wrap it carefully, so you can get it home without breaking it. The one and only time I ordered a fragrance online, it was half empty due to a leak, by the time it was delivered. Macy is always a fun place to shop and even more so during the Holidays. They offer some amazing deals and their gift sets of fragrance and makeup are an annual treat. They have friendly sales staff and it's easy to spend time there, looking for something special to keep or give as a gift. The store is in a good location and parking is super easy. She was short with a bob like bobs are for baddies not mean people. For starters she snatched the clothes from me, proceeded to not talk at all, she did not say you're welcome when I thanked her for her help, and had major attitude. Secondly, this is most likely company policy but why do we count items that are a set or connected to eachother as two things? It's not my choice that they're stuck together and it's a pain to try on anyways. I only ever want one piece out of the two and sometimes there will be one item on a hanger then at checkout it's suddenly supposed to be a set so I offer to pay full price and I can't get it??? Ridiculous. Back to the story, When I reached my ten item limit I still had more clothes and the lady shoved an item back in my hands and in the rudest way told me to leave it in my cart. When we asked to exchange things in our cart that we'd rather try on first to not make two trips she said NO, like what was the point of saying no are you genuinely that mean? I wish I was the only person this happened to but the lady also slammed down another girls shorts on a chair. I understand policy and not exceeding the limit but be kind about explaining it, I don't work there! Especially if we count sets as two separate items then they should be sold SEPARATELY. Unfortunately that's not all, what really took the cake was the fact that when I got out of the dressing room the woman took all of the things in my cart and hung them up after she told me I had to leave them. Imagine the utter shock on my face when my cart disappeared... I'm not at TJ magic show! The lady wanted to make my cart and clothes disappear... well I have a trick it's called KINDNESS. Tj max alone and every other worker there deserves a 5 star but consider your employees and maybe work on how we treat other people and customer service. I hope my review doesn't affect the GOOD employees or the clothes I so adore, but seriously 2 stars was generous.
