With limited options at that point, I did some quick research and found PC Med Center which was very close to her house. Not knowing if they were going to give good service, or scam her, or what, I crossed my fingers and told her to take it there. A few days later she called me to thank me for the recommendation. Apparently it was just a single loose wire, which they were able to identify and fix. They did not overcharge her for what ended up being a fairly simple fix. Props to them for being able to identify the problem so quickly, and not trying to scam her!

When returning laptop to me he told me he had it all apart and would reassemble in about 20 minutes. Well 1 minute later he gave everything back to me. This is how i know he did jack shit As far as people giving him 5 star reviews i wouldn't be surprised that the names were made up and they posted themselves If he had done right by me i would have given him some more business. However since doing nothing and lying to my face i have warned these people to stay away!

Initially, he thought it was the motherboard, which would have been an expensive repair. Instead, he took the computer apart - cleaned it up - did some other magic and bingo - working like new. Amazing service! As good as it gets! Friday night was like…read moreany other night until I decided, hey my screen protector is getting pretty cracked on my phone. I think it's time to change it and put a new one on. As I was sitting there trying to pry what I thought was my old screen protector off, my whole phone screen came peeling up, screen turned a rainbow of colors and stopped working! To my horror, I realized that I did not have a screen protector on and that I had just attempted to rip the actual screen off. I quickly panicked as one would do when ruining their iphone and quickly got in the car to head to the Apple Store at the Danbury Mall. I walked through the door thinking "oh my god, this is going to cost me $500 or possibly a new iphone. I can not afford this right now!" Walking in, I looked up and noticed that there was a Mobile Rescue store in front of me. My fiance suggested we go in and give it a try. I admit that I turned my nose up to the idea at first, but decided to give it a try. The second we walked in, a bright bubbly girl named Olivia welcomed us. I told her what had happened and said "oh no problem! We can have this fixed for you in 15 minutes!" I was shocked and did not know what to say. She said "Yes, we can fix this good as new and it will only cost you $80.00." I said yes, and left the store. We walked a couple laps around the mall, found this new furniture store which has actually been there for the past 5 years, ARHAUS,which I will write a separate review for, walked through there a couple times and headed back to Mobile Rescue. Tuzal, the tech was just finishing my phone repair when we walked in. My phone was better than it was to begin with! He then put an actual screen protector on my phone for free and we went on our merry way. That was such an amazing experience, and I recommend that if you damage your phone in any way, instead of paying an arm and a leg to Apple, to head on over to Mobile Rescue to see Olivia and Tuzal.
