Alexis is a LIFE SAVER went in with a botched haircut and she was able to save my hair from a thick uneven super short cut she was able to save my length and fix it so beautifully. I loveee it now and can tolerate the length so much better. I went from Marilyn Manson with my hair up because my bangs were so thick and straight cut across to a cute curtain bang. i wouldn't say to not come here but instead come at your own risk. i got my hair done on june 1st by alexa and i had a horrible experience. it was so bad that i couldn't leave my hair down. i ended up getting it fixed a few days ago but luckily my new hairstylist exceeded my expectations and it actually came close to my inspo pics. my goal wasn't to have a super blonde balayage but alexa made it way lighter than what was needed to achieve the look i wanted. after leaving the salon, my hair was 3 different colors. she also finished my hair in less than 4 hours which was hard to believe because i do have a lot of hair. there was so many chunks left behind of my old black hair and and some red and orange tones all over. i reached out to alexa about how unhappy i was and all she had to say was that my hair history was the reason why my hair ended up like that. i also asked for a refund so i can get it fixed elsewhere and get what i'm actually paying for and she also said no refunds. i didn't know about this policy because it was on the salon's personal website (that i didn't know existed nor was it listed in her ig bio) but after noticing this, she added the refund policy the next day into her booking website that people can actually see in her bio and read before booking. i eventually took it up with her manager alexis and she was no help at all. it really felt like going back and forth with a wall. all they offered was to fix my hair with just toner and i didn't want to go back for obvious reasons. toner could not fix how damaged and how ugly my hair was overall. it took more bleach, REAL toner, root melt and a hair treatment for my hair to be fixed and feel healthy again. alexa also couldn't take accountability, apologize, or speak for herself like a grown woman should, so she had her fiancé call me just to tell me the same things as if he was a hairstylist himself. all i heard was "your hair history is the problem" over and over again as an excuse to put the blame on me rather than owning up to her mistakes. after getting my hair fixed, my new hairstylist said that alexa had actually toned my hair with permanent hair dye, which was the reason why it came out red and orange after washing it. now imagine if i had took up on alexa and her management's offer to "retone it". toner also shouldn't be washing out after a couple days. 14-15 years of experience yet you let me go home with black streaks, unblended hair and you don't use actual toner. but hey, what do i know about hair? i just know that my hair shouldn't have came out the way it did. my hair was also fried especially towards the ends, so i ended up having to cut off 2 inches. also, instead of paying extra for a hair treatment, find a hairstylist that includes one after any bleaching/coloring service and actually cares about the health and integrity of your hair. adding on a treatment on top of your service will be about $25. if you don't add one on while booking a service, you WILL leave with hair that feels like straw (a friend of mine also had this experience with another hairstylist at this salon). that was my mistake for assuming she would add something to my hair that would at least give me that "salon feel". also, find one that pays attention to detail and actually keeps what you want in mind. i showed her my inspo pics while i was in the chair and she just took a quick glance and went straight to work. my hair felt so dry and brittle after leaving the salon that i had to do my own hair mask at home. let this review serve as a warning to do more research on who you chose to do your hair and the products they use in their salon. years of experience doesn't always prove the quality of their work. my new hairstylist has been in the hair game for about 3 years and i can already trust her with my entire life. the results in the pics speak for themselves. read more

Always asking if I needed anything during my appointment. They use high quality hair products, which I also appreciate. I see Kyle for my Baylage and he is absolutely amazing! I am very particular about my hair, so I only let Kyle work his magic on my hair! He keeps my color looking natural which allows for the grow out of my color to look natural.
