These guys really did me a solid, and they had great energy while doing it. I was locked out of a RUNNING vehicle by the side of Hana Highway at 10PM one night. The first tow company wanted $250 (ramping it up because it was night time), the second $175, and then I got ahold of these guys. I let them know my financial situation. He offered to get me into my car for $100. He came immediately, with his son, and they got the car open, were super friendly and pono, and saved my butt. My phone was dead, and I needed to transfer money to pay them. He followed me to the gas station 15 minutes away so I could transfer money and pay him. The entire time he was friendly and easy to work with. What else do I need to say? It is a local father-son business, so you get the added satisfaction of supporting them. UPDATE This is an update several months later. I ended up in an extreme situation with a broken ball joint in Hana. Those who know the island know what I mean by extreme situation. Beach Country did me another solid, towing me for $500 when the other companies wanted $900 MINIMUM It was a dangerous road in the middle of the night and they got out of the car at one point to clear a tree from the road and eventually get me to safety at three AM They have the right lift for the job (in this situation it would be very possible for the car to get further damage, and one company wanted me to sign a waiver form so if they destroyed my vehicle they wouldn't be liable!!!) and when I needed a second tow to get it to the right shop, and Geico was back and forth with different companies with various miscommunications, I went ahead and said "look, call Beach Country Towing they have the right lift and they will do it right" and that is exactly what happened So this review is for three separate jobs, all handled superbly, and I ask that you adjust their score in your mind accordingly because I can't leave multiple reviews read more

This company towed our rental car from Maalaea Harbor today. We went on a diving tour this morning and when we got back our rental car was gone. There was absolutely no sign to tell us we need to pay to park there. (See picture below) we called a number on a sign above the area and got Beach County Towing. The man texted us an invoice and an address to go get our rental car. $180. We drove about 18 miles round trip to argue with a man about no signs posted. It seemed very shady and sketchy. I feel like if it was legit there would be a ticket from a cop. The man was unwilling to work with us at all on the cost for towing. This business seemed scary and out in the middle of nowhere. Very sketchy! Beware people! read more

$200 to get my rental from these people. Park for an excursion, the only option is for 3 hours. Excursion went over and these people were just waiting for the timer to go off. Shame on me, I should have made sure all was covered, but imagine getting towed for going over an hour? Puts a sour taste in your mouth after spending thousands of dollars in this state. read more

Absolutely shitty company. Money grabs for as much as they can. We paid in full for parking on Pier 76. Because we typed the wrong license plate number on the back of our rental car keyñaid they towed us AND kept the money. We will be filing claims with any and all BBB and tourism councils. If you keep our money then you recognize service was paid for and contract agreed to.ñ assholes read more

Absolutely horrible company , my vehicle was towed from maalaea harbor today . I accidentally typed the wrong rental car plates on the application to pay for parking. So disappointed to see that my vehicle had been towed after my excursion . I showed the tow company the paid parking screenshot and he said because it was user error I was liable for $180 dollars. Mind you there are no signs where I parked stating I need to pay for parking I paid just to be extra cautious. The owner of the tow company stated they there wasn't anything he could do as this is how he makes his money and he had only towed two vehicles today therefore he was not making anything today . What a scumbag , this is how he makes money by towing people that spend thousands of money on this island. I will be contacting the better business bureau and the tourism councils to bring to light his bad business practices. What a dirtbag read more

**WARNING: This Towing Company is a Complete Scam!** This towing company is nothing short of a disgrace! My family and I parked our vehicle in what we thought was a safe parking lot for a 3-hour water excursion. I checked thoroughly for any "notices to pay" and found NOTHING. We returned to discover our car had vanished. Initially, I thought it had been stolen! When I told the boat captain, he nonchalantly said, "Oh, you got towed; did you pay?" I was furious because there were NO visible signs anywhere near where we parked. After scouring the area, I found the nearest sign was an outrageous 376 feet away! How the hell is anyone supposed to see that? I called the towing company, and they demanded a ridiculous $200 to get my car back. They directed me to a sketchy dirt lot where a shady little man quickly locked a chain-link fence to keep me out. The entire transaction was conducted through this fence, making me feel like I was dealing with criminals. I had to text my driver's license and click through a bunch of dubious links just to get my rental car back. The whole operation screamed SCAM! If they had any decency, they would have proper signage to warn people. Instead, they rely on deceit and hidden signs to trap and extort unsuspecting visitors. This company is running a SCAM operation, plain and simple! Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from these crooks. Warn everyone you know. This was the most infuriating and shady experience I've ever had with any company. They're out to rob you blind! read more

Beach Country Towing - He locked the gate as I walked up. Treating people like they are criminals to force you to pay money. They know they are wrong. - Towing Near Me - Kahului, Hawaii

These guys are thieves and need to be behind bars. They operate under different business names, they try to make it so you can't find your car. Car battery died in a parking lot at 6:30 on a Saturday night - Beach Country was quick to respond, had a mobile payment link they texted us & the driver arrived in a matter of minutes. Driver was professional, cheerful (that was so nice when we were so stressed out!), and got us back on the road super quick! Their number is in my phone for next time I need roadside assistance - would absolutely recommend! read more

We were treated terribly by this company and especially by whoever was answering the phones yesterday. Our car was not at the address we were given which was going to be 100.00 cheaper. We were driven by a kind man a half hour away to an address that doesn't exist. So we ended up having to wait for our car to be returned to us and pay 400.00 instead of 300.00. We accept and understand we parked in the wrong place but this company left 7 (2 young children) people stranded for three hours. They knew all of our phones and money were in the car and that we had to borrow phones to reach them. I wasn't going to write a review but then I read this companies website and it advertises integrity: "honest and dependable" and "service with Aloha" that is so far from the truth. read more

I needed my car towed to the dealership. I called several companies friends had recommended pretty pricey. I'm literally going down the street. I came on Yelp and saw the ad for this company. I messaged through yelp. They were so quick to respond. Not only did they respond quickly, but they told me it would be $50 within Kahului. So I scheduled it and they came within the hour just like the told me they would. The driver was a young kid who was very nice and professional, turns out he owns the company. Wow. The price was as quoted no extras. I would definitely recommend this company if anyone needs a tow. Quick, professional and very reasonably priced. read more

Super friendly and accommodating. We got stuck in Hana and they towed us all the way back. On the way back they offered to get us food, bathroom breaks and took us to a few lookout points so it wasn't a complete waste of a day. The best towing experience I have ever had! read more
