Update: My spare tire went flat so I called again for a tow to the mechanic. Really impressed with Pomai's tow. It's not easy to get through my neighborhood with sharp turns on narrow roads and a series of steep valleys, but he was great with raising and lowering the rig so my car and bumper never scraped. Also got me to my appointment early, good time management. Thanks for the excellent customer service. read more

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star ! How can you improve you ask???? Maybe change your name to SLOW TOW!!!! ! Maybe not say you are coming at a specific time and 7 hours later you show up! Secondly, when talking with a customer maybe not laugh and carry on a conversation with another person while on the phone with me ! I could go on and on but there isn't enough space ! read more

Very quick service. The lady was very nice over the phone and the driver was super nice. Making this experience so easy and not stressful. Very affordable read more

Very happy we used quick tow. We contacted several tow companies to unload our car from a container we had shipped from the mainland. Quick Tow was not only 60% cheaper than the others, they were very professional throughout the reservation process thu the completion of the job. There were complications with the shipping company delivering our container which required Quick tow to be flexible with when they would be able to remove our car. They were not only accommodating but super nice and patient. We will definitely use them again. Thanks! read more

This company is part of the island trucking union. They charge twice the price as competitors and are all smiles until they take your money. Then they are rude and obnoxious and refuse to work with you to resolve any complaints. I wouldn't trust them to tow my moped, much less haul a container with my household goods in it. But hey, what do you expect from a "union shop"? Call Island Movers instead. read more

Mahalo Nui Loa to your Quick Tow LLC team. You were just amazing. I called you on Monday to have a container picked up on Wednesday of the same week and you accommodated us. Your team was on time. professional and smiling. Who could ask for more? But you gave more....March in your office was so accommodating and helpful; you made sure our container was placed just as we wanted, and adjusted and measured until it was just perfect. Your driver maneuvered your truck into the smallest space on a sandy beach, and did it perfectly. Anyone needing something picked up or towed, don't call the big guys, call Quick Tow LLC, you won't be sorry. Mary Dungans President MANA'OLANA PINK PADDLERS read more

Quick Tow was selected from my rentals car company Budget to come pick up our rental keep. The engine was overheating after a couple minute of the car idling. Adding to the complication there's hurricane Dora causing havoc in the area with down power lines and power outages. They were responsive, driver was friendly and called ahead to let me know his ETA. Offered me a ride back to the airport. My experience thus far with them has been great. read more

Use anybody but this business! They will leave you sitting with no call or update. I called to check the status 1 hour after they said they would arrive and was called every name in the book and threatened. This business is a joke and is ran by the most unprofessional, disgusting, incompetent people. I cancelled their service immediately and escalated this issue to Verizon Roadside Assistance with the hope they will not utilize this company again. Verizon Roadside ended up sending out Discount Auto Repair and Towing. They arrived so quick and the team was professional! read more

They were friendly and helpful. BUT they charged $699 to tow a motorcycle that had just been stolen on Christmas Eve, 4 miles. Granted it was on Christmas day; but that is as much as I make in a week. You be the judge of that. read more

Mahalo Nui Loa to Quick Tow! Not sure why there were any bad reviews, they were the best! We bought a new container for storage and we had them pick it up at Young Brothers and deliver it to us! Danielle in the office was awesome, staying in touch during the whole process. Cassidy the truck driver was the best, he went above and beyond what we expected and should be their go to guy for all container deliveries!!!Maybe not the cheapest but the best! As someone who has to call tow trucks frequently for my job, just as ChazMichael Michaels would skate to one song and one song only, "my lumps" by the black eyed peas. I will call one tow company and one tow company only, Quicktow. They are quick to respond to calls and give me a full picture when it comes to what they can do. Great service and great experience every time. 10/10 will call again. read more

I called for a tow, and as the driver arrived my car started so I didn't need the tow anymore. I tried to cancel the tow, and the dispatch named Leila told me I had to pay the full $100 that the tow was going to cost. I told her it was extremely unreasonable and said I was willing to pay something, but the full payment was for services that weren't rendered. Even the driver Jordan didn't agree with the dispatch or the company he worked for! I ended up getting forced to pay the $100 for NOT BEING TOWED! It's your choice to choose any tow company out there. Do yourselves a favor and pick ANY one EXCEPT QuickTow. read more

Fast and professional service! We broke down well outside of town and thought we might wait for hours. John arrived quickly and had us on our way asap because he brought a new rental vehicle with him. He was wonderful and came to our rescue on a hot humid day! Could have kissed that guy! We have their contact info to our family who live on the island to keep for future need. Great service! John deserves a raise! read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I hired this family company to move my 40 foot container and they not only didn't deliver it, but they STOLE it. That's right, a 40 ft container never to be seen again. My home, completely gone. After they took the container, they drained my bank account over the following month. Run as fast as you can from this fraudulent company! read more

I had a vehicle break down on Mokulele hwy around mile marker 5 on a Sunday afternoon. I called Jessica and asked if she had anyone available. She did and said they would be come within the hour. I was shocked at how fast the service was. I called at 2:25 and the car was delivered to Wailuku(lower main) by 3:05. I've had pizzas take longer than that!. The price was also the best I found(less than $100). These guys don't mess around. They are fast, friendly, affordable, and efficient. Thanks guys, you're the best! read more

Quick Tow was dispatched by Avis roadside assistance when my Avis rental car needed to be swapped out for another Avis rental due to a check engine issue. They made the transaction smooth and seamless. They swapped out the vehicle- made sure our belongings were put into the new vehicle so that we could get back to our vacation. I am sincerely grateful for their help. read more

Our Avis rental car ran out of oil, and we got stuck in a remote part of the Hana Highway near dark. Avis dispatched Quick Tow to give us a new car. Quick Tow was wonderful about coming quickly, well before the estimated time. I wish we had gotten the name of the guy who brought us a replacement car the evening of 6/22/18 because he was awesome. He was so friendly and immediately put us at ease, saying he'd tried to come quickly because he didn't want us stuck in the dark. He was very fast while unloading the new car and even suggested we go ahead of him on the highway so that he didn't slow us up. Excellent service. read more

We rented a car from Avis in Maui and when we got a flat tire called roadside assistance. That went fine but then came quick tow to mess everything up. The car was at our vacation home and when the driver showed up he did not knock on the door but tried calling my cell. I saw I missed the call and called back 4 times 3 minutes after missing the call... the driver was ignoring my call. I got ahold of quick tow dispatch and was told "too bad" I must start the process over again( likely so they could charge Avis a second time) I asked why they would not just turn the truck around and the dispatch lady treated me like garbage. Did not care to help and then transferred me to another dispatch who really was awful! Laughed at me and hung up! Run from this company. They are the worst. When you have a car issue people deserve understanding and help. You won't get it here. They are in it for the fast buck in my opinion. read more

While we were enjoying a day at the beach someone cut the gas line on our rental car and siphoned off most of the gas. We quickly discovered the problem and called the rental company's roadside assistance. They sent out Quick Tow to help us out. Thanks to him, what could have been a very bad day turned out okay. read more
