We already had another estimate to compare and there was no comparison. Raul is very easy to deal with. The pricing was fair and on Tuesday we committed and on Saturday (same week) we had the installation. Raul's crew is very competent and efficient! Hard workers! Got the job done in one day - 130 linear ft gutters. And 90 ft downspouts. Cleaned up after and Raul was on site working the whole day. I had a problem on one side of my house the gutter keep coming off. He came out and gave an…read moreestimate double my neighbors because I needed to have my gutters all redone so they can drain. He then "re angled" the half round gutters to drain. 5 months latter same gutter came off the side of the house worse then before. I contacted him and one of the 1st comments was you can't angle half rounds. He didn't offer to come rehang the gutter he offered nothing. I expressed a lot of disappointment around this. I got a different contractor to come out. Their is no damage to the existing structure the gutter is not faulty. The contractor assessed what was previously repaired. Ribbed nails were put back into the preexisting holes. No additional fasteners or attachments were done. So no realignment if you go back into the same holes. The nails are less likely to be successful if driven into an already existing hole. Maybe this was an off day for him.

Mark and the staff at the office were very easy to work with. Scheduling for a quoting appointment was very easy, and even revisions that I had done over the course of quoting were handled well. The actual installation took about 4 hours, with Mark and his team (I think his brother?) arriving on time and completing work in a professional manner; while working outside (which required cutting of the gutters which generates a bit of scrap) they were conscious about ensuring everything was clean after the job was done. After installation, we began hearing loud popping and creaking noises from multiple downspouts and drains. While the team came out several times and assured us the issue would be addressed, months later we're still dealing with the same problem -- especially from the north-facing drains. Communication started out fine but quickly dropped off. Each "fix" was temporary, and the underlying issue remains unresolved. At this point, I'm disappointed in the lack of lasting solutions and follow-through on their warranty and workmanship. I rarely leave negative reviews, but when you invest in what's supposed to be a professional installation, you expect the company to stand behind their work until it's right. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their quality control and customer support.
