TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION!! Set an appointment for someone to come by and measure for a complete roof replacement. They gave me a time slot and confirmed it the day before. I also took the day off of work for this. The hours passed and no one showed up. Got a call from the guy and wanted to give me a general quote on the phone. Waste of my time and money as I had to take work off for this. I'm not looking for a general quote, I wanted a firm proposal/bid as the intent of the original face to face meeting/appointment since I wanted to start this project within the next couple months. If they can't keep a simple appointment, how can I trust them on a big job like mine. First impressions are important and they failed miserably. I was looking for a roofing contractor who can repair my tile roof. I contacted several contractors to get a quote. I chose Durable Roofing Services because of how attentive they were in person and over the phone. I set and appointment and the project manager arrived on time. He was prepared and came with all the tools and new tiles. He did a thorough walk through of my roof. He found several tiles that were missing and/or broken. It was a quick fix. He replaced the tiles and made sure that there was nothing else missing. he said the rest of the roof was in good condition. He did notice that the gutter needed to be replaced. It was an old one. he came back the following day to replace the gutter, thankfully. They made this process so easy and fast. That's the way I like to do business.
