One of the most affordable meal options I've had at the Shore. Burgers are good and only $3.95 for a single party, you can add lettuce, tomato, raw onion, pickles for free. Huge disappointment. I'd like to give it zero stars. I've had the burgers and fries from here before and they are good, but after my experience today, I don't think I could go back. We tried their breakfast and it was a big mistake. The tables were filthy and the kids taking our order didn't seem like they had any idea what they were doing. After waiting 30 min, the food came out and the breakfast sandwiches were all wrong, had no cheese and one had a huge hair in it. I requested a refund and we left. It's really a shame that in such a nice shore town, standards are so low for good food and good service. It's truly not that hard to keep a restaurant clean and train staff to take a bit of pride in the service and the products. read more

Sucks!!!. That is my review. I was looking for something to eat in Avalon 2 nights ago when I stumbled upon this place. I was hungry so I ordered a double cheese burger. After I ordered I was told my burger was $7.45,which surprised me since the menu clearly stated the price of $5.35. when I questioned this I was told cheese was 30 cents more, which would have made the cost $5.65 plus tax. The didn't care enough to chance their menu. I was hungry so I paid. What I got was non edible. 2 patties that tasted like hockey pucks. and they forgot the toppings. When I went to complain they had all ready closed. I was hungry so I attempted to eat it. I wasn't successful. Do not waste your money. read more

We came here for lunch after lounging around at the beach. You know how the sun can just build a big appetite. Let me set your expectations - if you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you. They cook each meal when you order. And for the money and quality, I think it's worth the wait. The burgers were well cooked and tasty. Their condiment bar was extensive and it was a solid burger. Although the fries were thin, they were't crispy. But I actually liked them because they weren't too greasy. Vegetable and cheese literally had 3 pieces of zucchini on it and cheese....you want some veggies and cheese with that bun??? lol. My double burger was suppose to come with lettuce, tomato, and sauce...none of that were on there....just cheese. I called to make sure that I wasn't mistaken and was told, sorry we were just really busy. This is a place run by kids for kids to grab a snack coming from the beach. Don't waste your $$. I'm no longer a fan. We used to go here a few times per week but this year we went in June and have t been back. The reason for the drop off for us was due to the burger patty size. It seems like it was cut in half. I used to get a single but when I tried this year the patty was small. We thought maybe we got a few bad ones so we went back again and I ended up ordering a double - the patties were small but at least I had two. Burgers and fries taste good as do the shakes. I wouldn't order a single burger because it barely registers on a "fill up your tummy" scale. There are better places in Avalon to get lunch read more

The Minnie golf course wasn't good. I would of loved it if it was better but it was just missing something.

Disappointing. Order was wrong and by the time it was corrected the person with whom I was dining was done ("sorry about that"). Burgers were just okay. No lettuce, tomatoes and not asked if we wanted any. On the plus side, fries were good. Negative is place is dirty...tables, chairs, floors, walls, doors. Trash can was overflowing. Asked for a cup of water and told I needed to go over to Circle Pizza to get it as their pitcher was empty. Really? I should go? Not "let us refill our pitcher... we'll be right back." Staff was polite enough but needs training/supervision especially in customer service. read more

When we went back and my husband brought it to the cashier's attention. She didn't seemed trained at all. Just looked at my husband and didn't understand she was supposed to offer a solution. Great quickie meal / we stop by on our bikes on our way home from the beach. Fries and a burger for around $7.00. Great outdoor atmosphere with different seating options & outdoor TV. Servers will bring your food out to you if you chose outdoor seating. Workers are quick and efficient! read more

I waited 30 minutes for a gross boiled burger and green fries that tasted like cafeteria food and cardboard while some kid played ski ball in the corner as slammed the ball into screen. Never eat here. Over priced not worth the money. read more

We are longtime Avalon residents and customers of the Circle cluster of restaurants. I am sorry to say that this used to be a reliable, decent burger place in Avalon but has hit the bottom this summer. We ordered burgers and fries for the family tonight and even the kids found the flaccid, over cooked and thin patties disgusting. The fries were completely soggy (they used to be fresh, crispy and tasty). We had to wait five minutes at an empty register for our pick up order, watching it cool on the counter, while the cashier took an order. Circle should stick with pizza and hand off the other businesses to people who care about making tasty food and not about profits alone. read more

Food is good but their "veggie burger" is not a veggie burger it's a burger with vegetables on it. Can't imagine how many vegetarians purchase it expected a vegetarian option only to find they just slapped vegetables on a meat burger. They should definitely clarify. read more
