I need you to replace the o-rings connected to the AC compressor. I know this is the issue because there's a visible refrigerant leak/stain on top of the compressor. Also, my car make and model is notorious for this particular AC leak. Could you fix this?" George: "Ok we'll take a look at it." I come back to pick up the same day... Mechanic: "I filled it back up with refrigerant and dye because you have a 'pinhole' sized leak somewhere I can't find. When the refrigerant runs out and the air blows warm again, come back and see us so we can check it out." Me: "Okaaaay?" Me: Gets UV light to see the dye the put in, the dye confirms what i originally told them, i replaced the o-rings myself after air blows warm and refrigerant leaks out again. While they may do decent work overall, I will most certainly never be back because they gave me a band-aid solution and did not address what I initially told them to look at. I could've have gone to AutoZone and filled my car with refrigerant and dye for 2/3 the cost of what they did. I contacted the shop and sent a very professional message asking for a way to resolve the matter. After a week of no-reply, here is my review. 1/5 stars and would NOT recommend.

After meticulous research and inspection David found it was actually the front Huns that needed to be replaced. Gave me a price that was in line with what is the average so such work reached out to the deal and got me OEM parts. A week later, my check engine light came on. I returned they said they fixed it. Two weeks later AGAIN I returned and the shop said they identified a coolant leak but never fully explained the issue or its risks. Without informing me, they injected a stop leak additive into the engine. This was never mentioned before. They told me to sell my car when it's working ok. I ultimately had to take my car to a certified Honda dealership, who confirmed that the stop leak had spread through the entire engine system and caused over $7,000 in damage, making the car unsafe to drive. I was forced to sell my car because repairing it was no longer worth the cost. Despite providing documentation and attempting to resolve the matter professionally including sending diagnosis reports the shop denied responsibility and blamed "pre-existing conditions," which were never mentioned or documented before their repairs as they serviced my car for years. They also admitted to not having me sign any invoice before applying the additive, only creating one after the fact.

They provided us with a scope of work and we signed the part that said "provide a written quote of work will be more than $150". We signed that part because we have a warranty that would cover work but needed to be submitted prior to work being done. - Wobble when driving - - they said they pulled off the front two tires, tried to balance them, could only balance 1 - they said that we should buy two new tires, we agreed. - we later found out the shop doesn't have the ability to take tires off this size rv, they never took them off, they don't have the machine to balance new ones. No payment for this surprise. - new control arm - - we asked them to replace it as it had bad rubber on connection - they said absolutely, no problem - a week later we find out they never ordered the part, they don't have the ability to replace that part, like they don't have the ability to do the job at all in any way, no payment for this -blower- - we ask them to diagnose and let us know before ANYTHING AT ALL is done. Remember, we have a warranty that would cover this, so we were very specific about this. Signed the document to tell us if it goes above $150. - they remove one drawer, reach behind it and plug the blower motor back in as it wiggled lose. - $1,000. They charged us $1,000. They said we authorized 6 hours of work. We called the manufacturer to determine the amount of time it should have taken. They wrote out an email explaining in detail that not to just plug it back in, but to REPLACE the whole thing, is one hour of labor. The owner is a liar. The owner is an insecure 70 year old man with a failing business and health and is desperate to make a dollar. Do not go here. Do not trust them.
