Prompt and on time. Pleasant to deal with and came 2 weeks sooner than Safelite could. Good price too.

I had to chase them down repeatedly just to get the most basic updates. No one ever reached out proactively. It felt like I was managing the entire process myself while they did... nothing. They also failed to coordinate with my insurance in any meaningful way, which only added more delays and confusion. You'd think a company that does this every day would have that figured out, but apparently not. Request was send in Feb, it is now April, just to order a part and attempt to schedule the service. A month of me calling, following up, and basically begging for progress because they clearly weren't capable of handling it on their own. And then, after all that time wasted, they refused to complete the service, for no valid reason whatsoever. Nothing had changed from the original situation. Same car, same issue, same everything. They just decided not to do the job. To top it off, the on-site staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the inconvenience. No accountability, no urgency, no professionalism. Honestly one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Avoid Safelite at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like your business doesn't matter.

Repair #1 - The Blind Spot Issue About a year and a half ago, I brought my car in after being hit by a truck and had the passenger quarter panel replaced. When I picked it up, my blind spot monitoring system was throwing a fault code (C1B52-17) that was not present when I dropped the car off. I brought it to their attention and they deflected, claiming it needed calibration or that it was related to airbag codes since I hadn't replaced the airbags. The airbag explanation doesn't hold water. The code wasn't there going in. It was there coming out. They refused to take accountability and told me they couldn't recalibrate until I addressed the airbag issue. I let it go. It wasn't affecting my daily driving and I didn't want the hassle. I should have taken that as the warning sign it was. Repair #2 - Where Things Really Fell Apart Fast forward to a recent front-end collision on the passenger side. I got a quote, dropped it off, and waited for the repair. When I picked it up, there were scratches on the bottom of the A-pillar where it meets the fender, the kind of marks left behind when someone pries off a fender carelessly. Damage they caused during disassembly. The brand new fender they had just installed also had scratches along the bottom edge where it meets the side skirt. On a brand new part. Fresh off their own repair and paint job. I brought it back. Giving credit where it's due, they agreed to warranty the fender and repaint the A-pillar. I get it back and the repaint is bad: obvious texture differences, haziness, and a color match that makes it immediately clear the panel has been painted. When I pointed it out, they sent someone over with a small bottle of polish to try and buff it away. It helped with some of the haziness, but did nothing for the botched paint job and texture. When I escalated to Greg, he told me that was the best I was going to get, and then said something that tells you everything you need to know about how this shop operates: that if it had been polished before I picked the car up, I never would have noticed. Read that again. The owner of a body shop admitted, to my face, that their strategy was to hide substandard work with polish and hope the customer doesn't look too closely. He didn't deny the work was bad. He just thought I shouldn't have caught it. That is not the standard of a quality shop. That is the standard of a shop that is comfortable cutting corners as long as they don't get called out. He closed by telling me he didn't care if I ever came back. That's how Greg treats someone who has handed his business over $20,000 across multiple vehicles over many years. Every repair I ever needed always went there. He threw a loyal customer away without a second thought. A Few More Details Worth Noting There was also a disagreement about my headlight. I was shown a photo after the fact claiming it had been cracked, which was apparently why it wasn't functioning. It was working when I dropped the car off. I was never informed upfront that there was damage to the back of the housing, only that a bracket needed replacing. I didn't push the issue in the moment, but taken alongside everything else, it fits a clear pattern. When I raised my frustrations, Greg was quick to throw JR, the estimator who originally handled my job, under the bus, telling me "Yeah, I fired him." The previous day he had complained about being short-staffed. Make of that what you will. JR, whatever his faults, actually attempted to make things right and treated customers with etiquette and respect. Greg made it clear that he does not share that approach. Stay away.

After having a not so great experience with a larger company on my previous car, I was very hesitant to have this done. My contact at the dealership (Coconut Creek Auto) highly recommended Paul at AAAG and after speaking with him on the phone about the process (and informing him of my prior not so great experience) he did his best to put me at ease. I'll admit, I was still skeptical! After ordering the new window he came out to my office and replaced the windshield to perfection right there in the parking lot - it took less than 30 minutes. He was very reassuring and told me that he regularly does this for many local luxury car dealerships and brands as well. The window replacement was done to perfection - I honestly don't even notice that I have a new window. He also made arrangements for the sensor company to contact me to re-calibrate the cameras which I had no idea I needed to do. I guess all the new fancy cars need to have this done. Paul and his staff were extremely reliable and professional plus everything was covered under my car insurance so I didn't have to pay a dime! I would absolutely recommend Paul at AAAG for any of your window replacement needs. (Don't use Safelite!)

Initially, when they asked what kind of car it was, I said a Nissan Rogue, but it's a Nissan Rogue Sport. I completely forgot, so they ordered the wrong glass for my car, which was my fault. I ended up having to wait longer, which is understandable because I had made the mistake of not mentioning the exact car. After some time, one of the guys asked me if my back window didn't go down or if it was broken. I said I wasn't sure, or yes, possibly, since I don't ride in the back of the car, I was unsure. Then, later, I was told that I was going to need to order a new regulator for the window. He told me that if I could find one to get, they would easily just put it in and wouldn't charge me, but if I didn't, then the cost to come back and get it installed after would be $150. I tried looking and calling into places, and he did as well, which I appreciated at the time, but in the end, no place had the piece in that exact moment, and it would have to be ordered and shipped. I just told him that I would try and order the piece and come back. When the service was done, they gave me the two bolts from the window regulator since they said it was "broken." I had been there for more than 3 hours, and I was in a rush to leave, so I did a quick check on the glass of the car. I noticed that when I opened and closed the door it was shaky, but I thought because he had given me the two bolts, I assumed that was the reason and all I needed was to order the piece and get it put back on. Later, after I had time, I decided to take a look at the car and noticed the back plastic panels in the trunk weren't clipped right and had some damage to it, but I didn't make a huge deal I also took a closer look at the rear door and the rubber that's suppose be attached to the door wasn't attached correctly. I was disappointed in the job. I went the next morning to see if I could get it put in correctly, and one of the guys in the front desk did it for me I also mentioned to him the door being shaky and how the rubber wasn't properly on but asked if it comes off when they put the regulator on and he told me " I think so, yea I'm pretty sure" I told okay I guess I'll leave it and then they can fix it when I come back. Then, a couple days later, when I was driving the car the back window ended up coming down little by little and then fully dropping. This was on a Saturday, but they were closed, so I couldn't get the window put back up till Monday. It was raining that weekend, and I ended up having to put a plastic bag for the weekend and come back in on Monday. When I came in, I told them I was previously here for a window replacement and that my window fell down immediately. One of the guys there in the front desk who I wasn't even talking to jumped in the conversation (the older one) and said, "That's impossible, no, no," repeatedly with a very stern face all while shakying his head no . I was thrown off and replied, no, it did fall it did happen and said when I came in for the back trunk panel that I even mentioned to the guy that helped me clip it back in that the window was shaky before it even fell . It was like he didn't wanna hear it and ended up walking out the back door. I wasn't sure what he was implying, that I'm lying when I was there when the window all of the sudden just started falling down out of nowhere as I was driving. No apologies, no nothing, because clearly whoever they have back there didn't do a good job. After that, the guy who I was originally speaking to asked me if I found the piece yet, and I told him I just had to order it. After the window incident, I was no longer trusting this place and especially didn't want to return even more after that guy jumped into the conversation and spoke to me like that, like if I was lying. Now I ended up calling someone else to come and take a look at the regulator and get a second opinion and was told that in fact it was not broken but that it was not assembled back properly. They had to not know how to put it back together properly. Overall, the job they did was NOT a good job, so I paid to get it put back together, and the regulator works perfectly fine they just didn't know what they were doing. I personally wouldn't recommend this place.
