Highly Recommended - Honest, Affordable, and Outstanding Work!…read more I recently had Mazel Auto Repair install a full set of Brembo brakes and rotors on my vehicle, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They beat every other local quote by a noticeable margin while using high-quality Brembo parts. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and most importantly -- completely honest. They explained everything clearly, didn't try to upsell unnecessary work, and delivered exactly what they promised. What really stood out was the quality of the installation. The work was above dealer standards -- precise, clean, and done right the first time. They completed the job quickly without rushing, and my car has been driving smoother and stopping better than ever. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy auto repair shop that offers great prices and top-notch service, look no further than Mazel Auto Repair. I'll definitely be back for all my future maintenance needs! Thank you, Mazel Auto Repair! 5 stars all the way!

Safelite called immediately, made an appt, and got to my house on time. I have a Macan which meant replacing the windshield and calibrating the camera. They were professional and very sweet. I will tell you that, later in the evening, the rear view mirror fell down. I called and they had someone at my house first thing in the morning. There was a screw that was a bit loose. He fixed it, explained it and showed it to me. It took all of about 8 minutes. They were friendly, professional, and fast. I would highly recommend.

Poor workman's ship. I dealt with this location for almost a year. Had my windshield replaced 5…read moretimes and was never done correctly. First, they didn't seal correctly and the 3 times after had water leaks. Lastly, they installed new windshield with a scratch on it and returned my car with broken moldings. Had to go back to put new moldings on they broke the windshield put a new one and never put my stickers back on. So now I have to come out of pocket $200 to replace sticker to get into my condo. This place has been an absolute headache. Managers have no clue what's going on return cars with no inspections of the workman ship and make promises that they can't keep. I honestly have never had so much resentment but I DO NOT recommend letting this place touch your car. I honestly wish I just left the crack in my windshield and avoided all of this...

Took my car here paid over 1,000$ to get it tinted. Unfortunately the experience was terrible…read more After the installation, I noticed obvious creases in several of the windows. I showed one of the workers, and he attempted to fix them but couldn't. He told me to give the tint some time to settle and come back if the problem remained. I also texted the owner explaining what was going on. He read my message, so I gave the tint time to settle like they recommended. After waiting, the creases were still there and looked exactly the same. I then tried multiple times to contact the owner by text and phone to schedule an appointment to have the work corrected. My messages were read, but I received no response, and my calls were ignored. That's extremely unprofessional, especially when you advertise a "lifetime warranty." At this point, I don't trust this business to touch my car again. The whole situation feels sketchy, and based on my experience, the reviews this place has definitely don't add up. I'll be paying another shop to fix their work. A lifetime warranty doesn't mean much when the owner won't even respond when there's a problem. I would not recommend this place.
