I've had several great experiences with BE Wireless. My daughter broke her iPhone about a month or so ago, So I reached out on yelp for quotes. BE Wireless gave me a quick quote, and answered all my questions. I went in to see Ken the next day, and he fixed everything I requested and then some, and it was done within an hour. A few weeks after, my adult son had an issue with his iPhone X not charging. It was like 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. I called and Ken WAITED for him, and got him fixed and on his way. That's way above and beyond to me. Fast forward to this week, and he fixed another iPhone screen for us, same great service. Here's another highlight- BE Wireless sells PAGERS! Remember those?!? read more

My son destroyed his iPad screen and even bent the frame, they fixed it in one day, it's looking brand new. Great service for a great price, I would use them again read more

Great experience and professional service, both before and after the sale. I'll be sure to send my friends.

Had my iPhone X screen replaced and a new digitizer yesterday. My phone screen now turns purple when wearing polarized sunglasses. The brightness adjustment now only has two settings high and low even after sliding the indicator. My yellow emojis now look greenish. This was my first time ever having to replace a iPhone screen, the quality of the repair/new screen is low and not what I expected. On the bright side the repair wait time was exactly what he estimated. read more

I had a cracked screen that I needed fixed in a short amount of time. The interaction was pretty good. I received good service and with such a quick response for a quote? I'd definitely recommend this place. They had replaced my iPhone 8 Plus's screen and I have zero complaints. Trustable business with a divided barrier type thing to comply with every safety standard you could ask for during Covid. No worries about Covid, was 59 dollars before tax. read more

Just picked up my iphone and was so happy with their work, I had to write a review. I initially took my phone in for a replacement screen; however, in the process of looking at the phone, it started to malfunction. They were very helpful and wanted to make sure the iphone was fixed before they changed out the screen just in case I needed to take it back to Apple for a software malfunction. They updated the phone, charged it and tried several different things to fix the software malfunction before they replaced the screen. In the end, the phone was fixed and the screen was repaired...although, I'm going to back it up on my computer right now! I would definitely go there again!! Thanks!! read more

Very responsive, professional, and objective when it comes to giving you recommendations on fixing your device. They provided me options, and I felt I made the right choice with fixing my iPhone at this place. It took less than 1 hour! I will definitely come back to this place for my other devices. This was my first time using yelp to gather quotes from local businesses, and BE Wireless was very quick with their response. They were also the only business that requested not only a photo, but additional information about the state of my damages to provide me with a thorough quote. It took maybe 5 hours to the back of my iPhone repaired, but this was due to some additional damages that was uncovered during my repair. The owner was very professional and my phone looks brand spanking new. They were also nice enough to help me put on a new screen protector because I am bubble prone. I highly recommend this business! The price was also very reasonable. My repair was only $100 read more

I broke a charger off in my iPad Pro and stupidly tried to remove it myself, ruining the charging port in the process. Called a few places to get a ballpark estimates and answers varied from "can't do it", "we'll try but your iPad might not work again", "at least $300", and "it starts at $250 because we have to remove your screen". Ended up going to BE, Ken took care of it in a day, and I paid a good deal less than I expected to. Communication was excellent and my iPad is working great despite the damage I did to it. Definitely going back for any iPhone/iPad problems. read more

I didn't have to bring the phone to get fixed because it works wonderful after I follow the instructions from the owner. Very nice people. Will bring my phone for service in the future. read more

They did a good job at giving me a fair quote for my screen replacement. Owner seemed knowledgeable about the subject. Would come again for any future iPhone repairs. read more

Great job on a smashed iPad screen. BE Wireless fixed it and it was ready for pickup the same day! Very impressed and will definitely recommend! read more

True to their word. Provided a very competitive quote for replacing the screen on an ipad 7 and completed the job for that price. They would have done the replacement in a couple of hours, but I chose to drop off and pickup the next day. Efficient and good service. read more

Great experience!!!! I dropped off my IPad Pro which was badly cracked. The next afternoon it was ready and looked good as new.

I went to this place when I started having problem with my phone charging after I used sanitizing wipes to sanitized the phone during this COVID 19 pandemic. The place was quite a distance from me but I read all the great reviews at YELP. I was also impress the quick response from Robert when I asked for a quote at 9pm. Though I was not given a quote on line because they needed to see my phone to assess the damage, I was impress with Robert prompt response. Ken was at the store and was aware of my phone dilemma (not charging). He was very professional, knowledgeable and provided me with excellent customer service. He was able to charged my phone at his store and did not charged me for diagnostic. Kudos to Ken- he was amazing. However, the issue of my phone not charging arise when I got home. I called Mr. Ken again. He was polite, courteous and patient in providing me with a solution. Though I ended up getting anew phone because of the damage to my phone- I really appreciate Ken for providing me with excellent customer service. Thank you for all you do. read more

I was having issues with my screen so I decided to take it to this place. I was in & out of the store less than an hour. The owner was very polite! I'm very happy with my screen. Thankyou! read more

I believe the owner of the store messaged me after I shattered my iPhone screen at 8:50pm the prior night. Went first thing this morning, to get my screen replaced. They had a great price and they had my phone fixed in less than an hour. Thank you very Be Wireless! read more

After reading the comments I decided to take my daughters phone here for repair, I'm glad I did. The owner was very sweet. He knew exactly what was wrong with my phone and what needed to be done for repair. The turn around time was very quick, received my phone the same day and it works perfectly. Most importantly my daughter is happy her phone works again!! Thanks so much for your help! read more

My LG Q7+ USB port was very loose and had reached the point that most of the time when I tried to charge it it would only charge slowly. I had been paying for an insurance plan with my carrier so I went there first and learned I'd have to pay a $100 deductible to get a replacement and it would be a refurbished phone, not a new one. I've taken great care of my phone, but I don't know how good a refurbished phone would be so that didn't seem like a great option. They offered me the option to upgrade to a new, different phone (they don't sell my phone model anymore), but after comparing the specs of the new phones with my phone I discovered my phone was better than all of the so-called upgrades. So I looked into getting my phone fixed. I checked Yelp reviews and sent a request for estimates. BE Wireless was the first company to reply. I called them the next day and described the problem to Ken. I took my phone to them the following day. They examined it and determined they'd have to open it to fix it. (It's a sealed phone.) They told me it would take four hours to fix. Ken explained the actual work on the phone wouldn't take very long, but the special glue involved UV light and it requires hours to fully dry. It was too late in the day for them to do the work that day so I took it back another day. They closed at 6:00 pm that day. I was late getting there (6:10 pm) but they waited for me. My phone now charges normally again, and it looks exactly the same as when I left it with them so they did a great job. No scratches or other damage. I'm satisfied and I would use them again. Recommend. read more

Requested a quote by phone and went to see the owner. Unfortunately i told him the wrong phone model and found out my screen is not repairable, but that was my fault. I left there not a bit angry or put out, but feeling i had met a friend, and if i ever get out of this phone and have a problem with another, he is who i will go to. read more

Very honest and quick. They had oppertunity to make money from my phone. I was ready to get the LED replaced but they told me that it's not needed. Very happy with the service and prompt response. read more

great, quick job! did research and called a number of companies in the Houston area, but found only REALLY negative reviews and higher prices, so decided to try this place out. they were friendly, easy to work with, and took only 15 minutes to repair my Iphone 5...all at a lower cost than their (incompetent, according to other reviews) competitors. they also offer a coupon on their website currently read more
