She took my sad, dull, going grey, balding hair (postpartum sucks) and literally transformed it. Even my partner told me I looked like 10 years younger. I will absolutely be coming back to see her. Do your head and hair a favor and come see Crystal.

When my hair was no longer curled and I saw how bad it was the OWNER said she would not give a refund only a recut. But I do not trust her to cut my hair again and make it even shorter and choppier. Will never go back again. I'm out $120 and my hair looks like a gave a child some scissors. UPDATE! took her four months to reply and she called me a liar!! Didn't actually reply to me just her yelp audience, referring me as "she" and "her". I think she's saying that I cut my own hair badly on purpose AFTER her AMAZING cut job just to be a crazy person and ask for another hair cut? Or she's insinuating they're photos from my pervious cut. But I'm not sure anymore because she deleted her comment almost instantly. You made some comment that I have the same complaints of this cut as I did with my pervious cut that I came to you with. You don't listen very well because I had told you my hair cut before yours was very blunt. One length. And it was actually exactly what I asked for so I wasn't saying it was a bad cut just that it's grown out. And I wanted layers from you to "thin out" the ends. But I'm sure four months after the hair cut it's hard for you to remember what I had even asked for. It concerns me that you cannot recognize your own work. I think it's hilarious you replied in the manner you did. You should have just reimbursed me, over 200 people have viewed my post. I'm sure it's only you that thinks I'm a liar. :( I also included a screen cap of the original photo to show you and anyone else concerned that I had taken that photo January 19th the very next day after the scheduled appointment January 18th at 2:45.

Tami is the best colorist I've had -her highlights and lowlights are so well done; no streaks, just professional looking color. Tami and Jackie have been doing my hair for over a decade, and if it's any testimony to their great work I'll share with you that minimum once a month I get asked who does my hair when I'm out and about. I have great hair naturally? Not so! It's fine, stick straight, dish water blonde hair. It would show lines from a bad cut and a thoughtless highlight would leave me with ugly roots in a few short weeks. My haircuts never fail and I can go 12-14 weeks between highlights because Tami gets the foils so perfect. I should probably mention I'm a hairstylist who lives and works in a salon in Denver and yet... I will hike it up to Boulder to get my hair done by these ladies because I have yet to come across anyone with their skills and professional consistency.

The color the stylist offered was a more yellow blonde, which was just what I wanted. I said that would be perfect. When she was done-the color was a brunette color. Not one blonde strand in it. SHE CUT OFF ABOUT 1.5 FEET IN A BLUNT ONE SHOT!!!! She TOOK OUT EVERY LAYER AND CUT IT TO MY BANGS (which now have no shape on face now ). I've cried all week & been a mess over this. before my appointment I sent text pic messages of my hair and what it looks like and should continue to look like, I showed her my pics at the appointment of how it should look and I stated verbally multiple times leave my length and layers just take the bottom dead ends and I want a bright white around my face & no yellow since I have to already use purple shampoo and only wash it every week or so to keep it from turning brassy. I TOLD HER repeatedly these things I TOLD HER I DONT WANT CHANGE JUST WHAT THE PICTURES SHOW . I should've walked out the moment she cut the bottom in beginning and it was a dry cut and blunt across with one swoop and about .33 inch and I reiterated to her " I'm having some concerns and don't want my hair like that" & got "oh it's just how I do it, it won't end that way I'll even it and I just don't want to waste dye" WHY WOULD SHE WASTE DYE ON THE ENDS ON A ROOTS HIGHLIGHTS!!! She kept saying when I'd question her "everyone does it differently" NO MAAM, IVE GONE TO OVER 9 stylists in 7 states over the past 6 years and every ONE OF THEM at least did the basic of not chopping off my hair and layers and not giving me fire hydrant yellow bangs for almost FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS I'm adding pics of what it looks like NOW AND BEFORE AND WHAT I ASKED FOR - the prior and what I what I ASKED FOR IT TO REMAIN IS GONE AND I HAVE TO GROW IT TO FIX IT AND AFTER THAT AMOUNT ON MY PAY CANT AFFORD TO FIX IT. The long layers and TEN YEARS of growing it to the way the layers and bangs ARE gone! I've now used purple shampoo multiple times and can't get this ugly cheap yellow color out, and my bangs don't match my hair. I was told $295 and charged $345 instead ($50 extra had me so upset I couldn't even look at it again after I left for hours, I put a hat on and cried in my car). I drove 600 miles (12 hrs of driving) RT, spent $300 on hotel and $100 on gas plus food in the area for them to destroy my hair and charge me an insane amount of money: No I didn't mention it then, although I could tell she knew, and I was quite frankly so upset I had to walk away. I can't exactly come back since this whole horrible experience cost me near $1k and I'm living this summer in South Dakota so I'd eat dirt on costs again. I literally have to start over and now terrified to have my cut fixed and honestly after spending so much I can't even afford it. Go at your own risk.
