As a person in accounting, that type of lead time leads to loss business. It was explain that many auto repair shop have this type of lead time. I guess these business are having trouble not being able to repair cars in a reasonable time. So, if I have only one car and I need to get to work, I guess I'm out of luck because I have to wait four months to get my car fix so I can go to work - NOT.

First off no parts were ordered until they started to work on the car, so the car sat for about a month (I guess I understand that sometimes you find unforeseen parts that are needed but at least obtain the obvious parts. If you are an experienced Body Man you probably will guess right 80% of the time). When it was ready they called and said they received the wrong bumper so they went ahead and installed it and ordered another for me to come back. When I went to pick it up I noticed lots of paint blemishes all over the areas painted as well as the used headlight assembly from the junk that was yellow and the new passenger side mirror that was not aligned so there was a gap between the window and the mirror assembly (obviously it would leak or make wind noise). I did not take possession of the car as I wanted these issues fixed. When I returned most of my concerns were resolved but the light which they buffed out to get somewhat clear. Then when I returned later for the bumper replacement; it took like a week and at this point I just did a quick look and left. Take a look at the attached photos for some of the issues I found.

She treats warranty claims as easy money and refuses to take customers seriously, especially if you're not paying anything out of pocket. Don't let yourself get scammed. I took my 2020 Audi SQ5 to this preferred shop recommended by my warranty company. However, the moment I got my car back, I had to return it within 5 minutes after seeing multiple alignment issues with my front bumper, headlights, and fenders. Not once, but more than 3 times. I had to drive 50 minutes 4 times in a row because they couldn't fix it the first time. The very last time I took it to them, they started blaming me, saying I hit someone. Like as if they didn't take into account I raised these concerns the first day I got my car back from them. The same day I got the car back, there were alignment issues with the front bumper and fenders. There were also paint issues, but I didn't say anything because I really just wanted my bumper fixed properly. The cost of repair was $7,096. The customer service is ridiculous, and they'll use every excuse to blame you and not take accountability for their work. They said things like "robots build these cars nowadays" and "the money went to parts only," among numerous other ridiculous statements. They expected me to believe them and go about life, but my car didn't have these issues before they did any work. I would avoid this body shop. If you are nice and patient, they'll take advantage of you. I had to wait two months for my car the first time. 100% I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've already made complaints with the Colorado State of Attorneys and Silverrock/Carvana.

I originally went with them because I needed a rental car and they were going to provide one at no additional cost. Unfortunately with all the hail damage claims at the time there weren't any available for the time my car was being repaired. Chris did refund the cost of my Uber back home after I dropped my car off though, then I used a family members car for the 5 days they had my car. Dropped my car off July 6th and initially got it back July 10th. On the July 10th I was told 3 parts were still pending repair and that I had to bring it back. July 23rd comes around I decided to follow up since I didn't hear anything. All the parts still weren't in. Waited till July 31st followed up again, still not all parts in. Waited till August 7th and followed up again and didn't get a response. Chris called August 15th to schedule a time to bring my car from the 2nd visit, ended up getting pushed out an extra week due to staffing. August 26th my car went in for the 2nd time. When I picked it up the next day, August 27th, they said the molding that came was the wrong part. Also realized the windshield wipers were working. Asked Chris, he said easy fix asked me to bring it in. The new address wasn't close to my house. Didn't want to drive 45 minutes to get it fixed ended up asking the dealer to reconnect them. Waited till September 11th to follow up about the molding that came wrong to see if the right one arrived since I didn't hear anything from them. Didn't arrive yet. I waited till September 21st followed up and got no response. Waited till October 13th and followed up. October 19th I heard back that the part would come in 3 days. October 21st I was notified the molding came. I was slammed with work couldn't bring it in for 2 weeks. We scheduled for me to bring it November 10th. They kept it for half a day and I got it back. Fast forward to now... July 2024. My car hasn't had any work done since they had it, other than maintenance stuff like an oil change and tire rotation. I use my sunroof in the summer, it wasn't working at all. Changed the fuse, still nothing. Decided to google it and it suggested the motor. Figured out how to reach the motor (which is under the overhead lights/switch control assembly by the rear view mirror). Come to find out that it was never plugged back in... hence why it wasn't working. You'd expect to get your car back with everything working. Not wipers disconnected and taking the overhead apart to reconnect your sunroof. Just added little stress and time to fix small things that should've been done when the cars parts were repaired. Communication was poor in my opinion. My process was from July 6th 2023 to November 10th 2023, for what he said was mild hail damage.

Worked with me while I was out of town on business to pick up the car after I was back! The work was impeccable! Like new! Today was about a tire. I've got some other maintenance needs I've been putting off and because of this service, I'm coming back for them next month. It's hard as hell finding proper, professional mechanics, especially if you're a woman and they think ya don't know an engine. I'm glad to say, I've finally found my new team since my other guy retired!!
