He promised to fix the windshield and clean the car. Several days later I test the car again after he said the car is ready to go. 3 rock chips only fixed 2. Under hood not cleaned at all. When I said the car is still not acceptable, he said he will sell the car to another buyer that day. My wife asked what about our deposit, he said:"do not worry, you will get full refund." After that he tried to sell more expensive cars to us and we could not afford. So we asked for refund, he began to cheat on this car and that car. Then he won't respond our messages, calls and emails. We sent the emails to TMT Auto for help several times, and no response at all. Honestly tried giving them a negative review but those dont exist…read more If scam had a face it would be this company. *They sold me a car for twice the amount even though they were supposed to be helping me with my consumer proposal. To the point the bank I do my loan through told me the consumer proposal plan I was put on is nonsense and I wont be able to trade out of the vehicle in 8 months but have to have it for years. Plus they sold me the wrong warranty *They sold me a car where the car seat moves, infotainment system glitches, there is loud vibration sound at the back the scares the crap out of my 4 year old and 10 month old *They said they would fix the issues, the mechanic took my car in, kept it Friday, Saturday, Sunday and half of Monday because we couldn't get in touch with anyone to release the funds. Bear in mind the car was not fixed as the part THEY sent was incorrect All they said after that was whoops, these things happen, let's move on. I had just moved. I have 2 kids, one goes for behaviour intervention and the other is a baby, i work and i didn't have a car of which the payment had just come out of my account too *they delivered the car with broken parts, dirty, "spare" tires on the back seat with no paper underneath. Of which one tire had a nail in it so i had to dispose of and pay for that This company will rob you. They will tell you what you want to hear and as soon as you have issues they will say stuff like "as per your contract" "your in a legally binding contract" "the car is mechanically safe" They will not compensate you for your issues with the car. Besides the one service lady everyone else you talk to are liars and are rude. They act like they're trying to fix things but they're not. They take advantage of people who are trying to fix their credit and make things worse. Imagine getting a car you can only drive in the area and cant take on road trips because the seat moves or the sound scares your kids. I have gone to every dealership here and they all say the same thing. I have been fucked over and am stuck in this car for years.
