Worst BC Pizza that we've been to. They were busy for the lunch buffet, but I've been to others that are busy too. They did not ask anyone what they would like on the buffet. At 12:10 there were zero pizzas on the buffet. 10-15 minutes later and they did get more out. At no point did they put any pizzas up that did not have meat (I don't like meat). None of the employees seemed to care and I didn't go hunt someone down to ask if they could put a pizza out without meat. Salad bar was decent, but they missed on service and pizza. read more

I will say that the pizza was decent and I've grown up eating it forever! I look forward to going when I come out in the summers! What I will also say though is that the pizza I received has a special ingredient, some guys ass covered hands. Salad Bar condiments are poorly prepare, we had to Apply the garlic butter to the breadstick, there were 4 different pizzas on buffet, with 3 having chicken on them. we asked if they could do a BLT pizza, answer was no, not until 2 more are gone. can you do more breadsticks, well maybe. can you make a s'more pizza? no, you have to buy that. our requests are ordinary requests. this does not happen at any other location. I was so happy to find a pizza shop that has gluten free options. All their toppings and dressings are GF. They have a cauliflower crust as well as a GF crust. I was able to enjoy my first pizza in a long time. They also mark their GF pizza box with a red sticker and they cook it special with precaution for anyone with celiac disease. read more

In fact, this time when I placed my order inside, I asked the young man how long will it be until it is ready? He said, " if you keep talking to me, your pizza will never get done". Stopped going here because the guy on the phone that took my order was really rude. Called at 5:28 pm I live right by oden they deliver as far as Conway. All I wanted to see was if they would for once deliver to the house for an extra fee and I'll tip extra. Love your pizza! To point I get too full from how much of it I eat. I'm simple. We get pepperoni, ham, and parmesan crust. But it's amazing.

You can't go anywhere up north without running into a B.C. We usually hit the one in E. Jordan, Charlevoix, or Petoskey. Exceptionally mediocre. We are convinced that B.C.Pizza stands for "Barely Considered" Pizza. The only reason why we eat from there is because it is the most convenient pizza anywhere around for miles....and it has yet to make us sick.....barely. Even if you have food to cook/grill back at home/cabin/etc, sometimes you are just too worn out after a day of swimming, boating, driving, etc. and the hungry family typically rallies for greasewheel....even kinda bad greasewheel. Last time I picked up in Charlevoix, I would swear there was a 12 yr old answering the phones. What's with the "keystone cops" motif and mascot? I don't get it. You can usually get coupons around town to make it relatively cheap....you might get pissed if you pay full price. read more

We had a mediocre-to-bad experience with the local B.C. Pizza while on vacation here. The prices were good and delivery to our hotel was fast. However, it started going wrong when the delivery guy accidentally dropped my salad on the ground and about a third of it fell out. My plastic fork went onto the sidewalk as well. He was apologetic but didn't offer to get me a fresh fork, a new salad or any kind of compensation for this. Well, anyone can have an off day, but when we got our pizzas, the toppings on my husband's personal pizza were wrong as well. Lucikly, the green pepper pieces were big enough to pick off, so it was edible. The Greek salad... what I salvaged of it... was quite good, though it was weird that they add pepperoni to it. Actually the worst experience I've ever had when trying to order a pizza over the phone. I would be extremely ashamed of my employees if I owned this establishment. The person I talked to at 10:30 PM on 12/26/20 was definitely high on drugs, and had no idea what was going on. I had to tell them I would be ordering from somewhere else due to their inability to even take an order and they actually responded with "okay great" when I said I would be looking at other options for food. I understand this is a pizza place late at night and I definitely do not expect any sort of high-level competence but that phone call was insane. I hope the owner looks into this further. read more

EVERYTIME we order they are ALWAYS so rude!!! No matter what time you order or what you order. The general demeanor is always that you are putting them out. This last time I walked in to order the guy was even rude on the phone while I was there to a customer placing an order. I just don't understand it. Wife and I stayed at the hotel across the street. BC pizza was fast and delicious. Had a stuffed crust. Was very filling the mozzarella was amazing. Topping were ok, I'm a cheese lover so the amazing mozzarella really made the day for us. read more

This pizza was very good, but buyer beware. Where most places consider a topping is a topping, they charge you $2 extra for any "premium" topping. This is not mentioned in the menu or when I placed my order. You are also charged for any dipping sauces, even with breadsticks. The family deal and drinks went from $25 to $50. They also had artichokes listed on the menu and I was told "I don't know why it says that, we don't". No big deal, but it was a shocker when I was told me total when I picked up the food. I'm not one to make a scene, but it was evident that I had reservations, but the "dude" working didn't seem to want to discuss it. We stopped in for lunch while in the Petoskey area today and had the buffet. At $9 per person for all the soda, pizza, and salad you can consume it wasn't a bad price. The pizza on the buffet was barely warm, but still decent. You could tell if you got it hot it had real potential. The salad choice was decent and the ranch was actually really good (I'm a ranch snob). Bread sticks and cinnamon sticks on the buffet were also good. Overall not a bad experience but also not a great one. Next time we're in the area we may order from here again just to see if the pizza is good when hot. read more

Inexpensive and quick. Our hotel was across the street so it was easy to order pizza and eat around the pool. Pizza was average.

Horrible customer service! Last night we ordered some pizza and was guaranteed that it would be there in 30 mins. It took well over and hour to get to us and when we called the man was extremely rude. He told us that he couldn't do anything because he can't fix the cooks. He also said that they were slammed and that no discount was to be given. When the pizza arrived, supposedly right out of the oven, it was cold and the same guy we had spoke with delivered it. If we would have not been at work and starving we wouldn't have taken the pizza. The man was extremely rude in person and slammed the receipt down when we didn't write anything in the tip line.
