on 08/04/2026 we bought a pizza and stuffed bread sticks. We called the order in and went to pick it up. They made the pizza without making the bread sticks. The pizza sat around for 20 minutes while the bread sticks cooked and the crust had gotten hard and not edible. Must depend on who answers the phone. The other day we ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza with no problems. It came to 24 something. Delivery fee was $3. Today I couldn't order the same pizza. It was a different kid who answered the phone who told me my order had to be $20 for delivery and that delivery is $5. I had to add a pop that I didn't want. I was counting on getting my pizza for $30 counting a $5 tip. But I had to drive my order up to $27- something to order the same order. Service is slipping. read more

It was a cool and cloudy day. We had been on the road for three hours knowing that we had another two to go. But we were hungry.... we searched Yelp in Boyne City, MI. Obviously we ended up at B.C. Pizza, and the few cars in the parking lot seemed ominous. It was two o'clock and luckily we were between rushes. The buffet bar was struggling with one slice here and two slices there. The salad bar looked like the pizza toppings, yet also needing to be refreshed. We asked, "Will you make fresh pizzas for the buffet soon?" "Sure! What can I make for you?" We have our preferences and waited approximately five minutes. Lo-and-behold heavens angels sang. The pizzas were a Margherita and Chicken Parmizetti. Both mediums and both soooooooooo. fresh! My parents have a cottage in the area and if we are ever in need of pizza, this is our go-to spot. The pizza is really good. For having limited options in the area, I can recommend this place without hesitation. We generally order cheese bread as well. Although it's also pretty good, they could really "doctor it up" a bit with some butter, garlic, and romano or something. I'm pretty sure it's just literally bread and cheese. Still delicious, but it wouldn't take much to make it really good. Generally, they're pretty quick and we haven't had any issues with delivery ever. BC pizza is heads and toes above any other pizza franchise in Michigan. My favorite is the meat lovers. The meat pieces are large and tasty and they don't cheat you on the tomato sauce. The owners are an outstanding generous couple who continually give to the community! I highly recommend BC pizza. BC's is pretty good pizza for up-north pie delivery. The driver was really quick, friendly and polite and the food hit the spot. Their breadsticks are really basic and their pizza dough was a little on the sweet side but all in all a pretty solid experience. My only gripe would be to pay your drivers more of the delivery charge. They charge a $2 fee and allegedly don't give ANY of that to their drivers. read more

I am someone who suffers with celiac, I ordered a gluten-free pizza today and they gave me one that was weird I am still suffering the consequences over 12 hours later. I have never had it happen at any of the locations other than Boyne city. we've ordered from Petoskey, Alanson, and Charlevoix several times. The manager argued with me and told me that he knows for a fact I was served a cauliflower crust. yet I've never had a cauliflower crust that bubbles and I've never had a cauliflower crust that was not a round circle. Every single visit has been a nightmare! Today's visit was the last time I will ever patronize BC Pizza. I must eat gluten free and have given several chances. First time, I was told I ordered the wrong way. Second issue was with the online ordering system never sending my order through...called after an hour and a half to find out they didn't have my order. This time, the customer service was atrocious, waited 30 minutes when I was told 15 minutes and then my order was wrong! If I had eaten the grinder which was ordered gluten free, I would have had issues with my health for the next month! I was assured by the owner that his wife is a celiac and they pride themselves on their gluten free capabilities. Well, maybe, you should focus on proper training of the staff! We are from out of town and ordered pizza for dinner. We were out of their delivery area so we drove the 15 minutes to pick up our pizza. When we finally got home and opened our boxes we realized it was not at all what we ordered. In fact, when I actually looked at the receipt on the boxes we had "Megan"'s order from 6 pm!!! They then told me we were out of their delivery area to bring us our order. So the manger told me I would be on a list to get our pizza. So then when I called back the next night and told the person who answered the phone that I had a "certificate" for my pizza I got put on hold for over 5 minutes! I stopped into the Petoskey location on September 8, 2019 and ordered the "square deep dish" pizza. I requested mushrooms, and onions and the grand total was about $24.00 (including beverages).So, we ate in the restaurant and the order took about 30 minutes from kitchen to table. Pizza arrived with raw dough which had hardly risen, let alone "deep dish". The onions were cut into tiny bits. I have never seen onions prepared in this way; they should have been caramelized in olive oil prior to being "added" as a topping. Then I very clearly ordered 4 sandwiches and he told me 25 minutes. Went to pick it up and Wesley says we only ordered 2 sandwiches and says it would be another 20 minutes to make the other two. Really?? And of course he didn't apologize or offer to even make the other sandwiches quickly. We didn't want to stick around and wait for the other two so we just left. Customer service doesn't exist here. I just had the manager and his subordinate both be extremely rude to me. I waited two hours for an order, while acknowledged giving the wrong address. Firing my 2 hr wait and two phone calls to the restaurant. No one said anything about my order having the wrong address. As I tried to sort through the issue that worker was rude and then the manager answers my return call after the initial worker hung up on me! The managers response was that he didn't think he was rude. Any establishment that thinks hanging up on a customer is wrong does not deserve my money. Who waits for delivery refuses to answer their phone especially after two hours of waiting and knowing you would have to go to the lobby to get the order! If you listen to their hold messaging they seemingly pride themselves on being a Christian establishment! Their behavior and treatment of people is the polar opposite of Christianity. I'm. It sure what church they attend, but they are clearly teaching from a different bible where respect and proper treatment is absent!
