Wanted to get service for a family member, but very bad communication and Yuri seems to ignore voice messages as well as text. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Yuri and Maria are fantastic! They have been cleaning our 2 bedroom and 1 1/2 bath house every other week for several months. They always ask if there is anything specific they can help us with, which is so nice. They are always prompt and on time arriving when they say they will be here and generally staying about 2 hours. For a mom of a 18 month old and 5 months pregnant with my second they are a huge help to me. The whole house is clean at one time which would never happen otherwise. When I started asking friends hoping to find a cleaning team for my house I heard repeatedly that they wouldn't really recommend them. This isn't my experience at all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yuri and Maria for a second! They are great! read more

Yuri and Maria the best team ever. I really feel lucky to have found them as I've had bad experiences in the past. Yuri was very responsive, confirmed our scheduled appointment and was on time. Cleaned things I wasn't expecting and both her and Maria were gracious enough to ask if everything was ok. Most importantly when my husband got home, he was really impressed and said "we found the ones". Super excited to see Yuri and Maria again next month. Would definitely recommend to anyone. read more

This was my second time having Yuri and her team clean my house and they did a fantastic job. They were on time, very pleasant and cleaned the place top to bottom very quickly and for a great rate. I'll definitely call them again. read more

Yuri and her team are MARVELOUS!!! The price is right and the service is impeccable! I've never had a cleaning team take such time and care into what they are doing. Seriously... the house has never been cleaner! I can't stress enough to give her a call and get a quote. That first day....oye! They scoured the place and then it became a cake walk for them! We have been using them for a couple of months now and I seriously don't know why I didn't bother to find her earlier! Worth every penny!! GIVE HER A CALL!!!! read more

I was in desperate need in getting my place cleaned and organized for a company party, I clicked to contact them and within 30 mins. Yuri replied I was thrilled to know that they use eco friendly supplies. She came to my house the next morning and left my house spotless and just the smell of a nice clean home was the best. She's scheduled to come by every week. This is the 3rd and last cleaning company I will be using. They are organized and trust worthy. Thank you much read more

Absolutely the best maid service around. We'd tried Molly Maid and Merry Maid and all the others and there are none better than Yuri and her team. She even cleaned our house on Christmas Eve when we really needed a clean before leaving on vacation! They are dependable and reliable. Highly, highly recommended. read more

By far the most responsible and reliable cleaning company I have ever work with, after calling two other companies and the crews never showed up. I was pleased to hear that Yuri could accommodate me in their schedule. Very responsible and professional team. Showed up before the scheduled time and my house was spotless and smelled amazing. I highly feel that the only way they would not show up is by a true emergency. I have recommended her to so many friends and family and so far they have agreed her services are beyond the expectations for what you pay! We also use them at our office and the building owner loves them! read more

Yuri and Mariana were amazing. They came over and cleaned our apartment so thoroughly, we couldn't be happier with their work! They were so kind and pleasant too, and I will definitely be requesting them again soon. read more

Yuri completely let me down today. Was depending on her to take care of my vacation rentals while away. She cancelled (by text) just before our scheduled meeting time -- leaving me high and dry. She said that another client had rescheduled so she cancelled on me. Now I have to scramble to find someone else before I leave at 4am tomorrow morning. What kind of way is that to do business? Make sure you have a back-up plan if you are depending on her. Her promises are worthless. read more

I highly recommend Yuri and her staff. I've used BB House Keeping several times now and they have been dependable and thorough. This most recent time I needed to get rental condo ready, but I needed it done right away and they were booked up that day. They did the job on a Saturday morning starting at 5am. Outstanding. read more

I could not be happier :) they did a fantastic job, very courteous and professional and left the house spotless, it will be my pleasure to hire Maria and the crew again, happy customer in Glendale...:) read more

I was in desperate need to have someone come to our house and clean up the mess made after our renovations. Yuri responded to my request only hours after I sent her an email late one night. She offered to come late in the day after the last of the construction was finished. All the other businesses I contacted did not want to commit to a time later than noon. When Yuri and Maria arrived there were still handymen in my house finishing up projects, but because I needed the house clean so we could sleep there that night they agreed to work around the construction and get as much done as they could. They did a fantastic job under very difficult circumstances, and we so friendly and sympathetic to my predicament. Yuri invited me to check up on their work when they were done to make sure I was satisfied and charged me a lot less than I was quoted by other companies. Not only is Yuri a wonderful maid, she is a wonderful person, and I really enjoyed working with her. I look forward to having her back to clean my house under less trying conditions. read more

These ladies are awesome. We schedule them. They came on time. They understood my needs and provided their how cleaning supplies. Work is consistent every time. They are always professional and on time. read more

Professional, seamless service from start to finish. They were accommodating when I had to reschedule the cleaning with a few days notice. We don't have the biggest living space, but sometimes it's nice to have a professional scrub it down; it just feels cleaner than when we (meaning I) do it. I'll definitely call them again when this place starts to look like a former fraternity boys live here. Everyone I worked with was nice and aimed to please. read more

just amazing overall housecleaning service, would recommend any time, you GET what you PAY FOR here!!!!!!

Had to wait for an opening but it was well worth it. Great price, and they don't up charge you for every single activity like I found quite a few other places did. They worked efficiently and everything looks great. I'm a super casual person, and they were able to go with that flow while still remaining professional. Would definitely recommend them. read more

Yuri and Bertha are extremely professional and responsive. I just had my first cleaning and am very pleased. They paid a lot of attention to detail and tailored to a couple specific needs I had. They were quick and double checked their own work before asking me to walk through. I look forward to my second cleaning. read more

I have out of town guests coming over to my house this weekend and just had too much to do to get the house ready on my own in time. I called Yuri on a Monday, and she came by the very next day. She asked questions up front about my specific needs and preferences. Then, when she arrived, we did a quick walk through together. Everything that I pointed out or requested, Yuri took care of, plus more. She was upbeat and easy to work with. I would definitely seek her out again. read more

Fantastic job. Completed everything requested and more, and asked all along the way that everything was satisfactory.

this is my very first review on Yelp. Yuri and her co-worker did a very good job, and very kind to work on the Saturday with a short notice. Though I am unsure how would Yuri's service compare to others since this is the first time that we used a house cleaning service, but I have no reservation whatsoever to give it a two thumbs up and recommend it to anyone! read more

I recently had a WONDERFUL experience with Yuri of BB's House Keeping Services. I hired Yuri and her team to clean my parents' house as a gift. Not having used a local cleaning service before, I was especially concerned with hiring an excellent, reputable company; Yuri far exceeded my expectations and did an impeccable job at a highly competitive rate. From the moment I first contacted her, Yuri was polite, quick to respond and answered all of my questions. The day of the service, she arrived right on time and was incredibly sweet and courteous with my mother (and since I was at work, Yuri also texted me to let me know she'd arrived, which I thought was a nice touch). After walking through the house and making sure she understood exactly what my mom wanted, Yuri and her helper went straight to work. For nearly three hours, they cleaned every nook and cranny of the house, moving furniture as needed to clean hard-to-reach spots. By the end of their cleaning session, every inch of the house was absolutely spotless and gleaming. And to make sure my mom was 100% happy, Yuri then walked her through the entire house, giving her the opportunity to point out any areas that she wanted touched up. Her dedication to customer service is remarkable and to top it off, Yuri's final bill was exactly what she'd quoted me - no surprises! I've never been more pleased to write a Yelp review for a service and look forward to working with Yuri again. Thanks, Yuri!! read more

Yuri is amazing! She always does a fantastic job. Her cleaning service goes above and beyond my expectations. I also have a dog which is always a concern sometimes. They are great with him and he loves them. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is hesitant about hiring a cleaning company. They have changed my mind forever about spending my weekends cleaning!!! read more

one start because of the price, I texted her to ask for a quote and she said she works with other person and her rate is $75 per hour and minimum 2 hours... it that correct? my house will take her 4-5 hours maybe... read more

Yuri is so sweet. I have never had someone clean for me- I wasn't sure how the entire process was supposed to go. I looked around at a few services and heard from some friends that large cleaning companies didn't work for them. So, I found Yuri on Yelp and gave her a call. Yuri made the entire bit so easy and simple. After talking briefly on the phone, we communicated the rest of the time by text message. She let me know an earlier appointment was available the next day, which was great! I have two furry dogs who had a dog grooming appt at that same time, so my dogs wouldn't be in her way. Conveniently, Yuri texted me to let me know she was finished cleaning. When I got home, there wasn't a fluff of hair to be found... not even under the couch (no dog smell!). She cleaned all my messes, which is no small feat, and wiped every surface. No room untouched. On top of that, she managed to uncover my family photos, which were embarrassingly buried on my work desk, and set them out for display. I'm truly impressed. read more
