This cleaning service is AMAZING! I tend to keep a relatively clean apartment, but hate doing the big, detail stuff like shower and sinks and cleaning the inside of the fridge. She scrubs all bathrooms and kitchen well (not wipe, but actually scrub) and removes all dog hair very well as well. She moves all furniture around to clean underneath. I can't say enough good things about Yuri and her team! We've been one of their clients for several months now, and have never been disappointed. They come to our 5-bedroom, 2-story home every two weeks and leave it spotless, fresh and smelling great in less than 3 hours! We have three small children, so that's no small feat! Not only do the floors and counters look great after her work, but furniture is dust-free, appliances are shiny and even towels are organized/arranged, and the bedding is done too! Like the other review states, she has great customer service skills, and I too appreciate the fact that she asks if there are areas we'd like her to focus on. I wish i could give them more stars. However here some positives as well as my criticisms and feedback. Positives: Prompt Professional Came with their own supplies No harsh smell from cleaning products used Criticisms/feedback The Rate is too high for service received. (Either lower the rate or improve the cleaning) Clean needs to be more thorough - my makeup counter was cleaned but only where I didnt have anything. The ladies did not remove everything to clean the whole counter so there was dust when I moved my stuff. I shared my priorities to be dusting of the window blinds for the whole house except for 2 bedrooms. They got all blinds except the dining room. And the ones they did get was superficially dusted. When i opened the blinds, you can see dust still on the area the inner top edge. So sadly at 8 mts pregnant I was cleaning all the blinds again. They mopped the floor but around the floor rugs like the little 3x5 rugs and the hallway runner rug. This is new to me because past cleaners have always moved the rugs aside to clean underneath. Bathroom sink counter was wiped down but not cleaned from gunk. Shower tiles still had mold in the grout. read more

Very difficult to get an appointment and on the expensive side. Cleaning was nice, but not the best, but above average. Team had never used a steam mop (which is an awesome way to clean and disinfect without harsh chemicals) but she accommodated and used our steam mop. However, she didn't record our second follow up appointment for regular cleanings and wanted to book 3 weeks later (after initial 3 weeks, wanting me to wait 6 weeks between cleaning). Sorry, no thanks, I have to find another company more reliable that can come in regularly and will keep appointments. I would say I am in the wrong business because I don't make that kind of money. Having worked in Beverly Hills overseeing house staff I would not be able to hire these people either.
