Whether their Yelp account keeps glitching and consistently sending me spam emails or this is a habit of blaming the clientele for the business's shortcomings -- either way, it needs to stop. ----------------------------------------- One of the many things that I appreciate about Yelp is the opportunity to have a voice as a consumer when a business owner is not accountable for their poor services. I had previously posted an earlier review detailing my disappointing experience with hiring this business, with the hopes that perhaps the business owner would be interested in learning about the dissatisfaction. As a result, I received 38 personal harassment emails, a voicemail and text on top of a very lengthy character-attacking reply on my review from the business owner herself, someone I have never met before, instead of an apology for the poor service -- which honestly would've sufficed. I have since took that review down, forwarded the harassment messages to Yelp administration and filed a complaint on BBB. May this new review be a cautionary tale and if there is another slanderous reply to this review here, let this be a message to consumers how this business treats their clients instead of being accountable. read more

Ashley and her team are terrific. Ashley helped my mom re-organize her quilting room after I moved her in. It was a disaster and Ashely was very organized, methodical and logical about it. My mom had enough materials and stuff to quilt and make dolls for a century, and Ashley managed to get it all organized. Her and her team also helped me re-organize the garage, which was a disaster because I moved myself and my mom in, one after the other, in one month and everything that couldn't fit in the house was shoved into the garage without a lot of thought. I lived for years with a filthy cluttered unfinished garage that looked Like an episode of Hoarders. I met a few organizers but I liked Ashley's sweet and gentle approach. After years of clutter and not knowing how to properly organize, I called Ashley to help my mother and I organize her bedroom work space. My mom has a large desk in her bedroom and has always wanted to make use of it, but never knew what to do with the mass of paper that had grown around it over the years.
