I went here every day either for coffee and sweets in the morning, or for I think my favorite doner kebab of all time. I am a fan of the Pizza Doner and order it everywhere I go in Europe where kebab is to be had, and this is by far my favorite version. They are as big as a USA style taqueria burrito and with the hot sauce and yogurt are amazingly out of this world. They actually made the pizza-bread fresh most of the days I went here which added to the whole experience. They don't get many tourists in this part of Amsterdam, even though it is easy to get to from downtown. They understood some of what I was saying in English (the younger workers) but the older baker did not. In that case I pointed, smiled, and walked away happy. The breads were quite good too.

I've tried a few different cafes, but I keep coming back here. They have seven different types of chai tea lattes and I'm working my way through them. I had the pesto mozz sandwich my first time here and they have a variety of breads to choose from. Interior is spacious with big wooden tables to work and small comfy alcoves to sit and read. Lots of outdoor seating and free WiFi. What else can you really ask for?
