What I got was a plain turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. I nearly collapsed and dropped to my knees upon unwrapping what I thought was going to be my saving grace. On top of all that, I picked up my sandwich at around 8:30PM and they close at 9. I had no other choice but to eat this sorry excuse for a sandwich to end that awful day. Super impressed by their fresh and packaged meats and pastas (including gluten free). Got one of the special sandwiches with figs and goat cheese which was brought to my table for me. Y'all. It was amazing. When I paused to take a breath, I had already inhaled a quarter of it! Prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, arugula, tomato, pesto and a balsamic glaze. The salty, thin meat was the base for this excellent, fresh and flavorful sandwich. I was looking for something a little "lighter" and this hit the bill. A more veggie forward sandwich, the cheese, arugula, tomato, pesto and balsamic brought all the flavor here and the salty-sweet flavor of the paper-thin sliced Italian ham added just the right amount of meat. The bread here was also a standout. I'd order this again too. As we sat and ate, more and more people came in, more and more people greeted the same way we were.
