We purchased an outdoor 6 burner cart grill with cover for my husband in the spring of 2012. My husband wanted a real grill, one that lasts a lifetime. When we entered the store, it was impressive and Jared was welcoming, very relaxed (he even had his dog there for company), and Jared was full of answer to all our questions. The grill my husband wanted was quite expensive, but Jared explained that it was stainless steel and would actually last a life time. He assured us that he made house calls to help maintain the grill if needed. We even bought the rotisserie accessory, which we have enjoyed many chickens from. All summer he grilled and was in Heaven, and continued for the next decade and the grill was like new. He had a service call once or twice, and dropped by several times for advice and accessories till COVID 2020. Well, spring is here and we were looking at the cover, and it needed to be replaced. The grill needed good cleaning, and the starter wasn't working, so we went to see Jared at the store. And he was there, along with his same dog! It was comforting to see that some things didn't change, but there were some new accessories available, like a turkey stand for roasting. Jared happily cleaned our grills at his shop, and then made a service call to clean the grill, just like new!!! Beautiful. And we bought a new cover. The previous grills my husband had would last for 2-5 years but would need to be replaced. We found out that the grill we have, is still available to purchase, and it is selling for more than double we bought it at in 2012, that was 14 years ago. We are super happy with this grill and with Jared who is a great guy for small talk, and where do you find someone that is happy to clean your grill? I purchased my grill and pizza oven 7 years ago from this store and have enjoyed it all these years. The ignitor quit working, and being a DIY guy, I replaced it myself. My mistake; I got tired of struggling with the stuff I messed up and called the store asking if they had a service company they recommended. I didn't realize that the store and their salesman, Jared, support the equipment they sell after the sale. What a relief; I scheduled a service call with Jared, and he showed up and got everything working properly, repaired my poor job of replacing the ignitor, and now I'm as good as new! I called and spoke with Jarred about a fire pit connection issue I was having after not getting any help from another store that actually deals in fire pits and fire places. I took my fire pit set up to The BBQ Store. Jarred said that they probably won't have the part because they aren't used on bbq's, yet he still went over my whole set up, figured out the missing part, and helped me find it online. This is a small place, but don't let that fool you. They have the best bbqs made, that I've ever seen. The guy working there was nice, knew all about bbqs, and spent lots of time with me explaining what each one has, does, cost etc etc. these handmade bbqs are so well built, each one would last you years. The thought and design that goes into these are amazing, hand down top notch. Really they are that good. Now for the bad part, they are not cheap. But you get what you pay for. That cheap bbq from the home depot etc, can't even come close to the quality of these. This place sells the Ferrari of BBQs. When you buy one they deliver , set up and demo it at your house. how does that get any better!! Do some research on bbqs, what makes a good bbq, go to all the local stores and look at what they sell. look at the quality of the burners, the cabnets, all the parts. see how they are made. Then go here and see what a real top quality bbq looks like. I wish I can afford one I would buy one today. If you can afford it and want the best made, go here. We have had our 316 grade full stainless steel bbq from the BBQ Store for 17 years and live two blocks back from the beach. It is worth every penny we paid for it in 2004. The quality is outstanding. It still looks great and works beautifully. We keep it covered when we are not using it and give it a thorough "tune up" each year before barbeque season begins. We expect it will last us another 17 years. Jared is fantastic. When he hasn't been able to help us with minor maintenance issues over the phone, he has come to our house and solved the problem. 8 years in the making review. After going through the usual amounts of cheap Charbroil and alike BBQ's every three-four years and replacing rusted out parts here and there during that time, I decided to splurge on myself and get a full on stainless steel unit. Sure, they are not cheap but it has been working perfect through the years with just an annual cleaning of tray and burners. Being manufactured locally is also a plus in my book. Heat is very even all over the grills and turning it down to low minimize most flare ups and you can leave it unattended for awhile unless cooking extra spicy hot links. I don't see a need for a new BBQ in a long, long time which means they won't see many repeat customers, unless upgrading, but hopefully enough new ones will find their way to the store. read more

Its100% welded with a stainless steel unit and stainless steel parts like warming racks, cooking grids, flavor grates, and of course burners. No rivets! It burns up77,000 BTU's. It's worth the money with the company backed Lifetime warranty. My new home is now a little more complete since i have the best grill on the block. After a season or two of cursing my old bbq and then spending a few weeks researching grills ranging in price from $1,500 to $8,500, I finally decided on an ACE 4-burner. Since I was buying it for my wife (heh heh), I wanted a grill that would outlast me, and I liked the quality of both the steel and the construction of this brand. So maybe I'll get back to you in ten years or so to let you know how that longevity plan (of the bbq) worked out. But for now I can tell you that its performance is superb. After cooking about ten meals on it, I have to say that though I did pause a bit at the price, it's turning out to be the best-performing grill I've ever had in all 125 years of my life (well, today it seems that long!). First off, the grill gets hot--really hot, FAST! Also, the temp gauge actually works. The dials work well, too, as does the heavy-duty-but-easy-to-raise cover, so it's easy to moderate the heat inside. The high-quality welded-steel makes for a rather heavy appliance, so I thought it might be hard to move, but no: it's a snap to roll it away from our potted Japanese Maples. AND. . . most important, the veggies, chicken, salmon, ahi, halibut, burgers and steaks I've cooked on this are the best-tasting I've ever grilled. I actually like my own cooking now! That may be due in part to the maple-&-hickory charcoal I sometimes use--those trays are handy little devils. . . and to think I was only mildly interested in them at first. But perhaps the ACE itself doesn't deserve all the credit, for the ever-patient, informative and enthusiastic Jared generously shares his delicious recipes & sensible techniques with me, and that's been a real bonus. In fact, I've never enjoyed barbecuing so much in my life. The main problem so far is that the food tastes so good I'm always tempted to eat too much. I purchased a 6-burner unit nearly 4 years ago, and this BBQ rocks. Before ordering the BBQ, Jared, the store's owner, explained to me in detail the materials used, how the units are locally made, and the lifetime warranty. Let me tell you, the BBQ Store stands by their product, and warranty. Since I live next to the ocean, and after a three seasons of heavy use, a couple of the tubular burners rusted and split. When I returned the burners to the store, Jared handed me brand new replacements without question, saying, "if it happens again, bring them in for replacement."
