I was in a hurry for a weekend BBQ. As usual, I overcommitted and did not seek any help to prepare. I realized at the last minute I needed the natural Oak hardwood charcoal I only find at this store. I showed up just as Tim was locking up the store. Tim saw me approach and asked what I needed. He had just closed up shop, after a long day no doubt, and heading to his car. One bag of coal, I said. We finally broke down and replaced a 17-year old rusting built-in Viking BBQ with a Hestan from BBQ Grill Outlet. We had looked at them before, so knew what we wanted. We sent pictures and measurements to the store by email and they confirmed the size and what we wanted and we placed the order over the phone. It was all very easy and nice way to work around Covid. We did have to wait 6 weeks for delivery from Hestan, but BBQ Grill Outlet gave us an appointment for installation just a couple of days later. The installation turned out to be not standard and so took a couple extra hours, but all within the range of the intial estimate, and the two gentlemen installing were friendly and did a great job.
