The cheesecake was a delicious combination of the butter cookie, with a nice butter cookie crust, a very good creamy, thick cheesecake with almost a bit of butter cookie and salted caramel, and then on top, a butter cookie. The perfect serving size for one and just very delectable! I have been wanting to try dubai chocolate for a long time now and oh my gosh... it was exactly what I imagine and then some! The chocolate itself was milky and silky and the inside was a light crunchy texture with some pistachio cream giving it an amazing consistency and juxtaposition of the soft, crunchy, savory, sweet... just all of the things. The dessert came fairly quickly, and the cheesecake was chilled to perfection. Have already shared this place with friends and when I need a sweet treat, this is where I will order from!

The milk teas are typically a lot sweeter than I'd prefer, so I tend to stay away from those, but the fruit teas have a "less sweet" option. Service and cleanliness can be hit or miss, but I definitely think it's a spot worth trying!

I attended solo but luckily really liked the group I was assigned to. We wanted everyone to work on things they enjoy and allowed everyone to try some parts of the important tasks (making pasta and pastry dough). Your enjoyment might really depend on what your group is like. You can buy wine and beer to drink while you take the class, and those were reasonably priced I thought! $9 for a glass of wine and I think $8 for beer. The class was chaotic since we were making three courses and things needed to be done at different times, but the chaos felt like how it really is in a kitchen making multi course menus, so that didn't bother me! The assistants were great and helped us stay on track and helped if we were struggling with anything. I can't say I learned much from the class (which is why I only gave 4 stars), but I sure had a lot of fun!
