I saw this place while I was driving to meet a friend and thought "I'm coming back for this!" I am so glad I did! I was met with a VERY nice woman who explained everything out to me! 11/10 on costumer service!! Truly, this is some of the best costumer service I have had in awhile! I picked out 8 flavors and a candle. They have a small selection of other items besides the macarons. There are 2 tables inside for sitting down to snack with 2 chairs at each table. Don't make a rookie mistake like me! These are refrigerated when you first get them. Let them come to room temp before you eat them! I had some of them right away and while they did taste good, they were REALLY good when they were room temp. These are delicate and delicious! These are definitely some of the best I have ever had! My top 3 flavors I enjoyed were: 1) Blueberry cheesecake 2) Almond 3) Raspberry I also got a soy candle and it is the perfect fall scent! Can't wait to burn it later in the year! I ordered a variety of 18 macarons to be deliver as a gift for my sister's birthday, even though it was a short notice, Nikkolette accepted the order, the communication was great, she responded to my questions and was clear about how everything work, prices and timing. The order was delivered in the time frame she mentioned, and the macarons were amazing, in a very nice presentation, with a card that show the flavors, and a congratulation note with our message for my sister. I wolfed down a variety pack of 12 macarons in the car on the way home - I literally ate a $24 box of cookies in 5 minutes of rush hour traffic - they were great! I don't recommend eating these macarons like a pack of Oreo cookies from the gas station. They're 2 bucks a piece. But they taste very good. They come in a variety of colors and flavors. They have a pleasant chewy texture with a light crispy crust. I know from personal experience it's hard to make a good macaron...light and chewy...a thin crust with a creamy center. Nikkolette's Macarons takes the art of creating macarons to a new level of perfection. The colors are amazing. And the variety of flavors is a pleasure. Delicious macarons! Stopped in for some macarons for my sisters bridesmaid proposal boxes and they didn't disappoint one bit. We are big fans of macarons and have tasted quite a few from places around the cities and these were top of the list, nice and fluffy, right amount of chewy and crisp cookie! Loved the flavors, not a lot of super unique flavors, but there are a few and I think that's all you need. We love macarons and have been trying to perfect baking them at home for most of the pandemic. We try them at any nice French bakery we come across and they are unfortunately so hit or miss. The key, in my opinion, to a good macaraon is the texture and so many you try end up too dry, or less often, too fluffy. It should have a slight crunch on the crust and a soft, very chewy, inside. Nikkolette's nailed the texture on all 12 macarons we tried, better than any of the more fancy places we've tried around the country. So big points for that. The one drawback was the flavors. There were no flavors that we really loved, with the exception of maybe the Blueberry. We typically use Pistachio and Vanilla as a baseline for comparison, and both were pretty bland and underwhelming. They are really on to something here though with their texture, so hopefully they'll work on the flavors a bit (or I'll just stick to the more fruit based flavors) and we'll be back. read more

Nikkolette and her macarons are the best! She was incredibly helpful and quick with her replies. I was planning a 25th anniversary/vow renewal from a distance and working with Nikkolette was so easy. She also coordinated with a friend of mine who was bringing the macarons from Minneapolis to Eau Claire, where we had the event. We ordered 150 to go along with the cupcakes we served. The macarons were delicious and beautiful. She worked with me to perfectly match our color theme. It was so nice to have a gluten-free dessert that was tasty. Looking for a FUN experience? A few weeks ago Nikkolette drove out to Green Lake in Spicer MN and spent the afternoon with me and ten friends. We learned how to make macaroons!!
