Visited: October 2025 I've visited BB's Bagels (Bronx Bagels) many times over the years, and I was excited to see them reopen after the fire. Unfortunately, the new location feels like a step backward in both atmosphere and quality. The old diner style spot off Exit 12 had charm, even if parking was rough. The new one sits deep inside an office park, easy parking, yes, but no character. There's no dine in area at all... no tables or outdoor seating... just a small waiting area and a side coffee counter. Service was minimal and the wait was long (about 20 to 25 minutes). You place your order, stand around until your name's called, and that's it. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a cheddar bagel, and my wife got an everything bagel with egg salad. Both were extremely chewy and hard to bite, so much that they were hard to eat. The bagels weren't stale, justvery chewy. By the time I finished half, my jaw was tired. My wife couldn't even finish half of hers. For two sandwiches and two plain bagels, the total was about $37 after 20% tip, which feels high for a grab and go spot with no service. I know BB's has a strong following, but personally, I think the quality has dropped. Hopefully, they find their groove again, but for now, I can't say these were the "best bagels in Georgia."

Y'all are killing it!! Keep doing what you're doing. Breakfast everything bagel sandwich was so impressive! It's huge and abundant, beautiful and delicious. The bagels are so awesome!!

A few of us were in town for a wedding, and BB's came highly recommended from friends. On our last day in town, we picked up a few bagels for breakfast. As someone from NY, I am picky when it comes to bagels. BB's is officially the first place out of NY that sells "NY style bagels" that I actually enjoyed! They were fluffy yet crisp and so tasty. I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese and it was fantastic. Service was quick, and we just ordered at the counter to-go. Highly recommend!

Their new location

I'm a big BB fan but my first trip to their new location was a complete train wreck. I hope with time they improve all the issues. A quick recap, after waiting in line 30 minutes, I order my two bagels from the cashier who enters my order in the system. I then wait another 20 minutes until an employee asks me for my order details and goes back into the kitchen, reemergence 10 minutes later and asks me to repeat everything again. Despite ordering the exact same thing three times, they still got it wrong. Also, the cheddar bagel I got was a complete bust, there's so little cheese in it you can't taste it, it's basically a plain bagel. I would have noticed how little cheddar was in the bagel and ordered something else if the bagels were displayed before the cash register but that's not the case, they're on display in the area where you're waiting (and waiting) for your order. On the good side, their lox spread is really tasty and their staff is hard working and pleasant to deal with despite their current issues. I hope they work out these issues and get back to the quality of food and overall experience they delivered at their old location. I'll give them another try in a few months On a unrelated side note, love their new, graffiti-inspired logo

The bagels are good. The bagels are expensive. Two everything bagels with speciality cream cheese ran us $12. That's ... too much. The quantity of cream cheese is fine. It's not too little but it's not as heavy as a typical nyc shop. The everything bagel was well coated.

Florentine eggs Benedict with tomatoes

Walking up to this place I knew the food here would be good. I noticed on the walls were all kinds of awards for best bagels and I can see why. Well I didn't get a bagel but I ordered the Florentine eggs Benedict with two poached eggs and spinach on an English muffin topped with hollandaise. So so tasty!! I chose tomatoes to go with it. Best tomatoes I've had in a bit. Eggs Benedict has always been my favorite breakfast. I'm living in Kansas City and next time I come to Georgia I'm for sure gonna come back again. Thank you for the awesome food BB's bagels!

I was charmed by the cute little diner vibes. The bagels were absolutely delicious--super fresh and perfectly chewy on the inside with a crisp, golden exterior. The fries had a nice flavor, and everything was made fresh to order. I also appreciated that they had a turkey bacon option. This will for sure be one of my go-to bagel spots. Can't wait to come again!

Ask the Community - BB’s Bagels

Do they have any dairy free cream cheese?

No, they don't.

How much does a plain bagel cost? The menu here says $1.10, but I'm consistently paying more than $14 for 10 non-specialty bagels.

If you get anything done to it... like toasted, you're paying more. Everything is extra.

For example, baked salmon requested, but received lox; no onions requested and got onion but no tomato; missing sides. Each time the line was too long to get the issues fixed, so we didn't bother trying to get the right thing. Oh, and the "side" of fruit or potato salad? It's barely 2 tablespoons and laughably small. The only positive is that the bagels and contents are still pretty good. The other continuing issue is the place is always super messy, with trash cans overflowing and tables covered with debris from other diners. You will have to clean your own surfaces. I hope the manager/owner is reading all reviews, because the John's Creek location needs an employee attitude and cleanliness overhaul. They should hire an extra person to bus/clean tables during peak hours.

But on the inside they're only about seven tables to say that game. They have a couple tables outside I got as well. This spot is kind of hidden away so you don't really know you are going barely. Wish you know you're going there. It's not on the main street so that makes a big difference. Buttered croissant - Now this was a pretty good croissant sandwich. My only thing with it was ty. Meat was thin and the Patty that they had for the sausage didn't even really measure up to the width of the bread itself. So there was a lot of bites that had no sausage in it. But The taste was good. Pastrami egg and Swiss (jalapeno bagel) - The bagel sandwich was really good. I feel like there could have been more meat but they had enough to function. The bagel was thick, the pastrami was hot and the cheese was melted. I would definitely get this again. It was really filling. I got mine with Swiss cheese but they have a couple other options. If you're in the area trying to find a little duck off, this is a good spot to get a quick sandwich. When I say quick I mean it is reasonably fast but there's a line of people in front of you, everything is made to order so it may take a second so be patient.

I got the Texas Brisket breakfast sandwich which came with sous vide eggs, brisket, cheddar, and chipotle aioli all on a jalapeno bacon bagel. I opted for the "thin" bagel version to attempt to keep things a little lighter (haha). The flavor was fantastic, and it was plenty filling. The smokiness of both the brisket and chipotle aioli was perfectly balanced. The bagel itself had great chew. It was perhaps the tiniest bit salty, but that was something I enjoyed. The service was really great. Very friendly and accommodating staff, and I received my food super fast.
