As the person charged with planning the event, I did not hesitate to work with Chris again because of the excellent experience we had last year. Once again, she was pleasant and helpful, especially in enabling us to meet our menu requirements to include vegan, gluten free, and egg free options. On the day of the brunch everything arrived right on schedule and was ready to serve exactly on time. All those present agreed that the food was excellent and plentiful. The house had hard wood floors put in to hide the sagging and slopped floors. I thought you hire a realtor to help and protect you from these incidents. Buying a house in the biggest or one of the biggest decisions one can make and didn't know you have to get a back ground check on your realtor. Very disappointed and want to sue and see that Sarah Corliss never does this again. I should of known when she only wanted to use her friends instead of a professional inspector or structural engineer.
