He was able to work with food allergies, which is a huge plus for me since I was one of those people :) He was also able to modify his menu to accommodate our non-profit budget. The service was amazing from beginning to end. Andy gave us several options to choose from for breakfast. We settled on doing an omelette bar with fresh fruit, homemade baked goods, orange juice, and coffee. You could tell that the ingredients used in the omelette were good quality.
