Amazing food. We loved every piece we ate, from the appetizers to the dinner. Our guest raved about the food and we had a diverse palette to appease. They were very responsive and detailed and friendly. We had a last minute change to the venue and things and they were able to handle the slight change and the options we wanted for the family. I would say you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. From the citrus punch to the bruschetta (so good) to the crab dip, the loaded potatoes and tri top! Trust me we even more options than that it was great. With a fruit and cheese tray to wash everything down. I kept complimenting them all night. I worked with Elizabeth for the majority of our planning process, and she was very kind, helpful and responsive via email and phone throughout. Every question or concern we had she was able to clarify and was always very thorough, and she worked with us this way until we developed our ideal menu and timeline. When it came time for our event, Elizabeth was also able to help us out and ease so much stress by providing linens on short notice that were missing from our furniture rental company. The food was absolutely beautiful to look at and so delicious, too! All of our guests had a wonderful dinner experience and loved every bite! Once the dinner service was over, Elizabeth and her crew stayed behind later than required to help with venue cleanup. I would lean towards 4 stars, but every guest I had gave it 5 stars, so I'll go with the guests every time! About a week and a half prior to my wedding, I called Elizabeth, told her my budget and what I was looking for. We communicated over the phone and email - she has great forms - and she was quite flexible, knowledgeable, and fairly communicative. Best of all, she stayed pretty close to our budget. But the food - the food was AMAZING. I don't know how you can go wrong with bacon-wrapped anything, but her bacon wrapped prawns are delicious. We had platters of a lot of random things. I ate two plates in between guest-conversations, and wished I could have eaten two tables more, because the flaky was flaky, the crisp was crisp, and the succulent juicy and warm. But the best measure of good food: My guests were delighted. Every phone call I've got since the wedding is: "It was fun! The food was great! Those bacon-wrapped things were fantastic!" This team did a fantastic job catering our wedding! The food was delicious on top of excellent service. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process. When they arrived on site they got straight to work and just slipped in to the background of the event. We had bar tending service from them as well, and when we ran out of grapefruit juice they drove to pick up more for us. I was at an event for the hospital where Elizabeth catered. She was on it! There were plenty of servers and she was constantly on the floor monitoring everyone to make sure guests were happy. The food is yummy and aesthetically pleasing and oh the variety! She loves what she does and you can tell. We emailed back and forth several times setting up the event and she took a few panicky late night emails when I thought of last minute things to worry about. I attended a wedding at Moonstone beach and the food and service was totally amazing. The food quality was much higher then I have seen at many of the recent weddings I have attended! I guess it's my age -- everyone is getting married! Last summer I spend months with my sister in North Carolina searching for the perfect caterer for her wedding. After attending this wedding I wish that Uniquely yours could have been there! The bacon wrapped prawns were amazing and the presentation of the food was impeccable, fresh flowers for garnish and beautiful arrangement.I also have to mention that the staff was so attentive and friendly. They catered Zootini this year and it was so good. People were non stop talking abou the food and the lines to get the food never stopped. I saw people going back over and over again and as soon as the trays went out to circulate the crowds there were emptied within a few minutes. This is a great catering company.
