My top ten reasons that I am loyal: 1) Lily and Jenny are talented massage therapists. They also included a head massage, arm stretches, and an upper lip wax. For my deep tissue massage, my masseuse (I wish I knew her name) was very attentive. I have a lot of tension held in my back, due to working on my feet in healthcare, and she really helped relieve years of tension I've gotten used to living with. I get the salon and use my voucher and for some reason we go straight into the room without consultation and then I bring up the wing part of my eyeliner as we walk into the room and then she redirects me to an examples of the eyeliner tattoo that I would be getting. I was shocked and told them what happened and asked for a refund bc they wouldn't do my desired thickness. They tried drawing the "Smokey" on my eye vs what they would be tattooing on me. I began to cry bc their Groupon tattoo was nonexistent and their Smokey eye wasn't even that thick. In the end I couldn't get a refund so I just opted do get it done. They gave me an offer to pay $100 more for more thickness but I have no extra funds for that so they added on a little more thickness and a small wing that isn't even matching in length. I will add the final results when they heal. Also, my technician Nicole was really nice, caring and patient. I moved around A LOT and she was so gentle and kind to me. Anyway if you're looking for a thin clean line definitely come here. But if you're looking for a more dramatic Smokey look then I would advise going elsewhere where. I wish they clarified and had more details in their Groupon descriptions or this whole fiasco would have been avoided.
