Finally got the chance to eat here and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend. Will be back next time I visit my Troy student.

The food and wine were good. Service was excellent and we loved the ambiance. We went on a Thursday night and it wasn't busy at all. My fiancé ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and liked it!

Clean establishment, plenty of convenient parking. Quick service at order counter and took us time to familiarize with menu etc. No rush or hustle from staffer! My wife ordered the Reuben Combo, and I opted for the 6 hot wings Combo with bleu cheese. . The wings were advertised as "with Celery and choice of Ranch or Bleu Chese Dressing". Combos include a sizeable serving of crinkle cut Fries and endless drink refills at the beverage bar. Wife is a Reuben Connoisseur and it seemed the only "Deli" Item offered (In a place titled a Deli?) Food was delivered from the kitchen to table after a short wait and was served in Styro clamshells. Condiments, seasonings, napkins, utensils and drinks were all self-serve from nearby locations.. Reuben combo. Served on two-toned rye bread and wrapped in tissue, not halved. The corned beef was sliced thinly, overcooked, dry and tough. We both mouthed "Leather" at the same moment! It was doused in thousand island dressing and NO sauerkraut or swiss cheese apparently. Reuben gets a "D" rating, only because it resembles a sandwich by that name. Wings with optional hot sauce. I received six mini-wings (about 2.5 inches long and minimal girth) that were dry, shrunk up and doused in hot sauce. They offer about 6 options for sauce but this ole boy goes for the fire! The sauce saved (or hid, more appropriately) the meal. No celery or bleu cheese was included in the clamshell. Did not go to counter and ask why?? Wings get a "C", saved by the sauce and ample fries. Crinkle fries. My favorite, my wife prefers shoestrings. I thought the fries were fine, crispy on the outside, just right on the inside and servings were ample. Note: Coke products and only Sweet Tea offered at beverage bar, no Unsweet or lemon wedges offered. +++ Let's face it, it's expensive to eat out these days, every restaurant faces increasing labor, food and overhead costs. Discriminating diners seek VALUE for $$ spent and I'd rate this a very low value for the $$ spent. The tab came to $25.26. For $25.00++ for two, there are better value lunch options nearby.

Well I have another swing at deep fried fast seafood, but this one wasn't another winner. Looks…read moredelicious, but it's mostly breading. Once you bite past that breading there's an all to common display of soaked in cooking oil. I know fried food can be done correctly, but this store and probably chain isn't doing it that way. Didn't know it was fastfood, but that's the inside, service was fine I suppose, but but great either.

After a 5 minute wait at the window the cashier comes out and asks if we had the sandwiches, well guess what... nope! So now I'm not feeling so good about this location since they are t even sure what my order was! Another 8 minutes later we get our food. Sadly they are out of the Malt Vinegar I love . Not sure how that could even happen accept poor management!!! Now the food.... you could tell the shrimp were old and had been sitting in holding area since they were hard and barely warm! The fish was not even warm, overly greasy, and soggy! Just such a shame!!!! After such a long wait I most likely wouldn't have been disappointed if the food had at least been hot and fresh!!! Shameful what we were served! The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the lady at the window, while never an apology for our wait time, was at least personable. This restaurant needs some serious overhaul in food quality and service!!
