I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

The guy who was sent to do the spray professed to 'not thinking it would be Okay to enter the yard' to get at the rear of the trees...? This year the apples growing over our rock wall are wormy while the ones in front are not. This [client] wants to make sure we never have another thing to do with these 'so-called- experts".
