They were getting worse and worse then they started not delivering at all last fall due to not being able to find a driver. They hired someone - NO change. Missed December, I called and told them I've had it - if they don't make their next delivery, I'm canceling. They delivered. Then proceeded to miss February. And missed March too. IF YOU CAN'T DO HOME DELIVERIES DON'T OFFER THE SERVICE. It's that simple.

The delivery person parked directly in front of my property's entrance and garage, blocking access. I politely asked him to move to available parking (in feo and behind), but he ignored me and continued walking away. The car was left blocking the entrance for about half an hour during the entire delivery. This was not only disrespectful but an inconvenience to the community. Frankly, they were lucky the police didn't arrive in time to issue a ticket. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I hope the company holds them accountable.
