Nature Springs Water is great! We found them at Dr's office, tasted their water, and it was delicious. Plus we had issues with "other" water companies, so finding Nature Springs Water was fantastic. We call Dan (the owner) and they deliver on time every time. Their delivery drivers are reliable. Rich usually delivers and he is really nice; they are all nice. We've been customers for years, and we are grateful for their tasty water and excellent service. read more

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with one of the delivery drivers from Nature's Spring Water (also tied to Vermont Heritage and Berkshire Springs). The delivery person parked directly in front of my property's entrance and garage, blocking access. I politely asked him to move to available parking (in feo and behind), but he ignored me and continued walking away. The car was left blocking the entrance for about half an hour during the entire delivery. This was not only disrespectful but an inconvenience to the community. Frankly, they were lucky the police didn't arrive in time to issue a ticket. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and I hope the company holds them accountable. read more

This is the most outdated water company coupled with Dan Roma's rotten attitude. Aghata is the admin and equally non responding. It takes for ever to get a price, delivery and to put an order in. Numerous obstcles to overcome, Dan's tacky attitude cheif amongst them. read more

Our business loves Nature Springs Water! We just love this small, locally owned business. We were looking for a new water vendor, as the "giant" one we were currently using kept raising their prices. We called Nature Springs and found a real gem of a business. For example, today I emailed Agatha at the office, requesting eight bottles to be delivered sometime next week. Bam...an hour later, the friendly delivery driver arrived with our waters. Love this! They go above and beyond to keep us quenched! read more

While the delivery is perfect and on time, the owner is not the most courteous. He is not nice, doesn't know how to treat his customers. I don't love the water but thought I'd give it one more try (doesn't compare with Mountain Valley). I asked for 4 of Vermont Springs and 2 bottles of Berkshire Springs. Instead I got 6 of Berkshire! I called today and the owner said he didn't have any Vermont. No apologies and acted like it was no big deal. I'm not crazy about Berkshire which is why I asked for Vermont. This will be my last order with them. read more

I have had other water services, then I found Dan at Nature Springs. Look no further. They have always provided excellent service, even when it was snowing hard. Their team shows up and places the bottles when and where I expect. Nowadays it is harder to find such caring services. read more

Usually l do never write reviews for people but l can't just no share my experience with this company, this company should not be in busyness how poorly the owner treat clients. After l have been used this company twice for water delivered, paid for the water and extra deposit for the bins, after l decided not request water anymore l called for they come pick up the bin and give me back my deposit, the owner ask me to drop off l said l those could not fit on my car, so he needs to come to pick up, he never told me was charging $15 dollar for that, they came to pick up days later l received a check with $15 less, l called to ask about the charge, he actually hang out the phone on my face after l said that he never told me anything about, l called again and he yelled at me and hang out again. I do not recommend this company to no one. read more

Being in PA and having a customer in MA with a delivery needed tomorrow was a nightmare - until I called Nature Springs Water!..The other companies did not even want to try to work with me. From the beginning of my call with Nature Springs I was taken care of, treated kindly and gave me the confidence to get my job done efficiently. Thank you is not enough for their assistance and for making this (and future) delivery happen! Cindy R - Souderton PA read more

Dan, who I assume is the owner, and his employees are great at what they do honestly. I've been dealing with this company for a couple years and I'm ashamed to say I haven't posted a review yet! Customer service between Dan and the employees are amazing! Fast service, friendly faces, helpful hands, and most importantly, amazing tasting water. Definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

They're great! Best water delivery service around (crystal rock and all the other ones suck I tried them) All I have to do is call them and post the empties (?) out and they deliver the new ones. They do same day delivery, and are very quick and efficient. Family owned and operated, I feel good supporting this business and they provide great service. I feel better doing this, than drinking bottled water!!!! Easy to deal with and no hidden fees or anything! read more

Dan and his team have been wonderful to work with! My colleagues and I have a small suite and we were looking for a water delivery option with bottles free of BPA. Dan was so helpful and informative and their service was 100% consistent, every time. I recommend them without any hesitation! read more

Today I had the worst customer service experience of my entire life while talking with the man who answered the phone, who I assume to be the owner. I had called a couple of weeks ago and was treated poorly then, but I assumed that he was just having a bad day. I called back today, and was literally yelled at after inquiring about different options for our water delivery. I honestly can't believe these people are still in business if this is how they treat their customers. read more

We are a retirement community in Needham and switched from our old vendor (we will not name) to Nature Springs Water about 10 months ago. The difference in customer service, ease of ordering and expedited delivery is outstanding. We are so glad we called you and look forward to many years of great service. Thank you! read more

I have been using Nature Springs Water for a number of years. Their service has always been professional and courteous. In fact many of our employees look forward to seeing Tony. The other day i had other work taking place in our small cafeteria, and I had to plan my water delivery accordingly. Our water bottles ran out before expected....however after a phone call into Dan, he was able to alter our scheduled delivery time to be next. It saved the day. THANKS DAN (and TONY). read more

I miss them so. I purchase Mountain Valley Spring Water and they changed distributors to Belmont Springs. Dan and Nature Springs had been a pleasure to deal with and were eager to provide good service. Unlike Belmont Springs that is completely incompetent, miss deliveries, deliver the wrong product and refuse to leave the water where requested. Customer Service has been totally ineffective at curing any of their deficiencies. So skip Belmont Springs and buy from Dan, you will be pleased with their helpful service. read more

Nature Springs Water delivers. After 30 years of drinking Poland Spring Water I have switched to Vermont Heritage Spring Water delivered by Nature Springs. Whenever I need water I call them and it's there the next day. No more logging into a corporate web-site (Nestle), or listening to prerecorded messages on the telephone. No more inflated prices, revolving customer service representatives, or monthly commitments. When you need water, call Nature Springs Water. It's that simple. read more

This owner Dan is the biggest jerk in the world of business. I suggest he reads the poem, "The Man In The Glass" and just maybe he will get some class in customer service. As others have stated, beyond unprofessional and rude! If you want Vermont Pure water just go with Crystal Rock they carry it and you don't have to deal with a pain in the A$$ read more

As others have stated, incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. We also get the "attitude" because we're ordering glass bottles. It seems they get annoyed anytime we put an order in. Well tough s#*!. I don't care what Mr. Owner thinks, he's offering the product and they come in glass bottles. ITS YOUR PRODUCT YOU ARE SELLING. Trust me, if they weren't the only carrier for this type of spring water in this area I'd jump ship elsewhere in a second. Abysmal! read more

Our office has been getting our water from Nature Springs for years. Dan and Tony are the best. Customer Service is excellent! They never let me down on urgent water deliveries. New office management decided to change our service. I hate to say good-bye. If the change doesn't work out I will be back. read more

There are a few things Nature Springs does well. First, the water is decent. Second, every deliveryman I had seems like a genuinely good person. Unfortunately, the guy who answers the phone ruins everything. Let's call him Dan for ease of writing. I understand there are grumpy people in the world...surly people...miserable people...sometimes all rolled into one. They need jobs too. I just can't fathom why anyone would make someone like this the public interface of the company. Let's be clear. There is no way to place an order without talking to Dan on the phone. When you ask him for waters he reacts like you're asking for one of his kidneys. I can live with an awkward conversation every month or so, but the following incident was when I hit my limit. One day about a month after I had last ordered waters, a $15(ish) charge from Nature Springs appeared on my credit card. I called them up for an explanation and of course Dan was the man I needed to speak to. Let the record show that none of these conversations have been exagggerated and are almost verbatim...because you'll likely find it hard to believe that anyone would talk to a customer this way: ============== Phone Call # 1 ============== Me: I wanted to inquire about a mysterious $15 charge that appeared on my credit card. I haven't ordered water in a long time... Dan: I'm really busy right now. I'll get back to you in a day or two. ============== Phone Call # 2 ============== (3 days later) Me: I was calling back to see if you had found anything on that mysterious charge I called in about earl.. Dan: Look, I said I'd get back to you and I haven't had a chance to look at it. ============== Phone Call # 3 ============== (1 day later) Dan: I talked to our accountant and your account was off balance by $15. So we charged you. Me: I'm not sure I understand. Dan: The books didn't add up. $15 was missing. Me: What did I pay too little for? Dan: I don't know. Me: Well if I'm going to pay you money, I'd like to know what its for. Dan: Its to correct the accounting error. Me: I'm sorry, I can't just give you money to make your books balance. Dan: Look, its only $15...its not gonna break ya (his exact words) After a little more back and forth, Dan finally agreed to continue looking into it. Luckily, he eventually left a message to admit Nature Springs made the error and gave me a refund before I had to issue a chargeback. His apology was about as heartfelt as Bill Belichick is at a press conference. As much as I'd like to say this company would be worth a look if they implemented an automated ordering system or removed their one bad egg, I just can't recommend going near a company that holds your credit card number hostage and issues charges because that's the easiest way for the accountant to balance his books. read more

I had accidentally given the delivery driver too much and didn't realize until he had left. He came back and returned the amount I had overpaid without me even asking. Very impressed with the courtesy, punctuality, and professionalism of this company. Hard working and honest employees. Great work! read more

These guys are a blessing in Boston area! Water is delivered within one hour after a call, no hassle, no scheduling, no waiting on a phone, no chasing your order -- just pure and simple immediate convenience of dealing with a small family business. They treat you like family. They even delivered when I called late afternoon, regardless of traffic hours. After a horrible experience with Belmont Springs, and with so few companies around Boston that deliver drinking water, Nature Springs is a miracle. Use their service and be happy. Their water is great, btw. read more

This was the best decision I've made, besides it being more environmentally friendly, the water cooler is clean and new and don't even get me started on how DELICIOUS water is. The man I spoke to was clearly busy but quickly made time to set up my order. It was delivered the next day and they were really helpful in finding a time that worked for us. I recommend to anyone and everyone. The water alone is so good it has definitely improved our quality of life but also knowing this is a small business in the area makes it even more worth it. Thank you Natural Springs for bringing me amazing Vermont Water. read more

I've had two years of great service with Dan and Nature Springs. Without disparaging other Yelpers in the least, I can only speak about my experience. I needed water delivered at both my work and home. I'd tried Poland Springs, Belmont Springs and another one...Monadnock (?), plus dabbling with Costco bring-it-yourself. Belmont was the cheapest, hands down, so I really wanted them to work out. But I've rarely had such sporadic service. They seemed to be overbooked and always running behind schedule. Their water quality was great, the dispenser was excellent, and once again, the best price, but unpredictability killed it. Perhaps a customer that has very regular water needs (ie. 10 bottles every month on the first of the month, etc.) would like them, I'm not sure. I need to call in based on need, so I need more responsive service. Poland Springs does a great job, but you pay for it. I kept it for my office where I'm less penny-conscious. Nature Springs was a great compromise for my home. Very responsive personal attention to each request for water delivery. I had an initial problem with their dispensers, going through two of them. I need very hot water for a lot of teens in the house who make cup ramen all the time, and the water temp was a tad low. But they provided a brand new replacement which unfortunately was no different. I looked up the model they use good quality Clover dispensers that received fantastic marks on Amazon, so I think I just need hotter water than normal. I went out and bought my own dispenser. Nature Springs worked with me and all's been well. read more

We had Nature Springs delivery for a couple years and absolutely loved it. The water is delicious, the delivery was either same day or day after, and the cooler they leased out kept the water very cold and poured fast. The water bottles themselves have the valve top, so it's a no spill operation to get new ones on. The people who work there are very friendly and accommodating, and you can order refills by phone or email. Sadly, we are discontinuing service because we purchased a new refrigerator with a water dispenser. I wish the water was as good! read more

water cooler rental arrived dirty. i chose to just clean it and request a new rental, instead of refurbished, with next water delivery. i regret that and should have just refused the delivery as the owner, Dan, who you have to speak with every time you need your water replenished, is unprofessional, explosive, and shifts blame. the grime on the cooler that was delivered suggested this cooler was not refurbished just plain used. after cancelling service and closing my account the owner called back saying he "could pick up the cooler and empty bottles or leave new bottles. it's up to you." wow. i confirmed just the pick up and cancelled account. now i'm waiting for him to "get around to picking up the empty bottles and cooler. it may be today. it may be tomorrow. who knows." his words. i left poland springs to support local but i'm back with a larger company that is professional and more stable and delivers local water. geez. wish i had read the lowest google reviews because they describe my experience exactly. read more

We were originally in search of a local water company in hopes of supporting a small business over the large, corporate providers. Our experience proved to be quite upsetting. I first expressed my concern over having BPA free bottles and I was told by the manager that the bottles I would be receiving were BPA free however after receiving the first delivery I was quite skeptical. The bottles looked worn and did not say BPA free anywhere on them. After reaching out to the owner, he once again confirmed that they were BPA free because of a certain code. I honestly believe he was pulling my leg. My next complaint is that we had two different bottles with leaks. When I called the owner to inform him he said he didn't believe that there were two leaking bottles! I am in no way a liar and I was quite offended that he did not believe me. We decided to go ahead and cancel our service. After we canceled, he would not pick up the bottles and return our deposit unless we paid a $10 dollar pick up fee which I thought was unfair because nowhere or at no time was I told there would be any type of fee involved. We waited a few months and hung on to the bottles and called today to make peace, so to say, and agree to pay the fee for them to be picked up. To make a long story short, he hung the phone up on me. I find this whole experience very unprofessional and disappointing. read more

Incredibly rude office staff. They leave you a message saying they are sending someone out RIGHT NOW in the middle of the day, then get mad when you aren't there. It must be a surprise that people who order $4/gal water work for a living. I specifically wanted them because they have water in glass bottles, but apparently Dan (the owner) actually hates glass bottles. He commented on how dangerous they were to the driver, which makes delivering my water a hazard. They don't allow the drivers in your house, so get ready to lift at least 5 (their minimum order) water bottles into your own house. They wanted me to leave glass bottles (which each have a $21 deposit) outside in below freezing temps. I straight up asked him if he just didn't want me as a customer and he basically said that he didn't. He complained repeatedly about how I didn't leave the bottles outside, even though no one told me to do so until the message he JUST left. I explained that I wasn't psychic and had been at work since 6:30 am. He didn't care. He is just rude - even by New England standards. I really hope Mountain Valley Spring Water chooses another distributor in the area. I like the water a lot, even if it is really expensive. When I say expensive, I mean that 25 gallons of water cost me $232.50, with the bottle deposit. Without the bottle deposit, the water is still $4/gal. You would think that a company would try to save a customer spending that kind of money on water. But Dan doesn't care at all. Steve from Mountain Valley corporate called me and was VERY nice, but Nature Springs Water Co. won't be getting one more cent of my hard earned money. read more
