My next door neighbor just got 9,000 gallons of green silty water. Her pool looks like a pond. She still needs another 9,000 gallons but is switching vendors. Her pool company owner, second generation in the business, so he has been doing this for 30+ years, "this is the worst water I have ever seen!". Nice.. Company blames a well issue, could be true. But it seems like you would offer to help fix the issue. H2O to Go suggested getting the Pool company to pump out the bad water. Of course H2O to go wasn't going to pay for that. Essentially they just created a 9,000 gallon issue and have turned a deaf ear. There are other vendors. Use them. read more

Absolutely the best pool water company to deal with. Truck on time. Driver absolutely the most patient person I have ever dealt with. Ran into issues (on our end) that delayed completely filling the pool. They were patient and very accommodating, (even on a holiday weekend.) Price is fantastic. Water is crystal clear, no need to treat before swimming. read more

We called a week in advance and reserved a time on Saturday afternoon for water delivery. The woman said the delivery truck would arrive at 330. Come Saturday and our boys are so excited, they can't wait to swim. We're excited to for obvious reasons. After waiting a half hour past our appointment we called the office, the woman assured us the driver was on the way. She said, "I'll have home contact you to let you know how far away he is". Great we thought, he'll be here soon. Fast forward, now it's two hours later, still no call from the driver and now no one in the office is answering the phone. Horrible service. Had extreme trouble with the water in my pool. The team was very responsive and they were able to come out the next day to fill up my pool. Driver was very courteous and offered tips to assist in a clean, swimmable pool. Within an hour of him leaving, pool was crystal clear, thank you!! read more
