does not care about their employees, unsafe work environment. i was verbally assaulted and…read morethreatened by a customer and was sent home, and later told by management (after i reached out) that i was getting a write up and the investigation would take a week. a week passes and then they tell me i still cannot be put on the schedule because the "investigation isn't concluded" although i was already told that i was getting a WRITE UP. so unless you're investigating whether to fire me or not why can't i work? never once was i even asked by anyone if i was okay when the incident took place. the owner sent me a screenshot of the review the customer left and once i replied telling him what happened i got no response. they didn't tell me what's going to happen to the guy that threatened me or anything. i am a young girl and was left in the store by myself when this incident took place, and i felt so unsafe that i called the police and called my manager crying and in full panic mode. i had to reach out to them multiple times just to get any sort of update on the situation. and when i was there, the manager, buse, was on the phone with them and defended them to me even after i specified that they threatened my safety. she said "that's apart of the business people are going to yell at you", not only did this man yell at me he THREATENED ME and made me feel UNSAFE but that clearly isn't a priority for them, including matt, the owner. very disrespectful towards people's time, and making the workplace feel safe for your employees should be a MAIN priority. i would not suggest working here, these people do not care about you as a person, only how much money you can make them. and if you go here, just know that this is how they treat the workers that greet you at the door and prepare your orders when u come in everyday :)
