We've been very happy…read morewith our experience -- I watch the live feed of his classroom all the time and check the photo updates (all through their app) to see what he's doing throughout the day. He gets to go outside on the playground twice a day usually, which is his favorite thing. I particularly love that they prepare breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack for the kids each day, and my super-picky toddler (at least, picky with us) eats ALL of it! One day recently, they told us he had seconds of green beans, which he will not touch when we try to feed him at home. Diapers and wipes are also included in the tuition, which I'm grateful for, because it's one less thing I have to worry about when packing his bag each morning -- I really just am packing up a change of clothes for him. We send him with a sheet and blanket for naptime, and they give those back to us each Friday so we can wash them over the weekend. In our year and a half here, we've only lost one outfit (shirt and pants), and had a white shirt get pretty destroyed by paint, but that's to be expected from any daycare I think. I have learned to almost exclusively send him in dark-colored clothing, and I buy his clothes at Once Upon a Child so we aren't super upset if something gets lost. We celebrated his birthday earlier this month, and when I walked in that morning, every single staff member wished him a happy birthday! There is a little bit of a language barrier at times with some of his teachers, but I can tell they care for my little boy and that matters more to me. I know he's still adjusting to his new classroom, but overall, the most important thing is that my son is happy and healthy, and he seems to enjoy coming here.

It gave us warm and fuzzy feeling. They helped her transition into school and were so patient with her. My daughter has been showered with love and affection from the teachers. There isn't turn over of teachers. She's learned so much and is talking more. She positively talks about her teachers and friends at home. They've helped us with potty training. Meals are provided. I wanted a place that felt like home, had a respectable kind staff, but had clear expectations and guidelines for my son's safety and care. I toured school with a long check list of questions and all of my concerns were addressed professionally. My son (17m) has been attending since he was 10 weeks old. As a first time mom everything was overwhelming and frightening to start. The whole staff was so helpful and welcoming to start. Bianca and her team made this very difficult transition seem very smooth. I remember on our first day she invited me to call the classroom as many times as I needed. I did my best to focus on my work and trust they had him. She was kind enough to call me. Just to check in and give me an update knowing this was a big day for both of us. We tried two different daycares before choosing BB based on recommendations from others. We gave the first two daycares 2 weeks each. But when our son was still crying every morning we dropped him off, we moved on. Not to mention the lack of security, compassion from the teachers, and bad aura in general from the facilities. Within two days of going to Bright Beginnings, our son no longer cried when we dropped him off. Within a week, we were lucky to get a goodbye hug from him. He couldn't wait to play with his new friends and teachers!!! And the teachers have all been wonderful. Very personal, compassionate, and genuine. The facility is very clean and secure. There is ALWAYS someone at the front desk monitoring people coming in and out. The rooms are HUGE compared to other daycares and full of toys. Our son is always coming home with arts and crafts he created that week. They have a great playground in the back that is better than most city parks. Jenna, the owner, is very involved with the daycare, is great with the children, and has always taken care of any issues and concerns we've had. Our family is moving in two weeks and I wish we could take BB with us!!! It honestly feels like we are leaving family behind.
