Never had a day where my kid was good today always had something to say about behavior and disciplinaries that should be followed at home, yet upon return home I notice none of the feedback the teachers give me or other parents. most staff will watch your kids outside of the building for cheaper as well so what's the point of the facility when I have an employee come cut my grapes for my son at home yet the facility can't cut grapes, provide the safety for my child let alone look after them. I am typing this up as a frustrated parent in concern that there needs to be entire overhaul of their curriculums, as well as replacing majority of the staff with people capable and sensible of not only working with our children but also able to work cohesively as a team and make proactive contributions to the lives of our children by inspiring and instructing them, Not being upset at the parents for not providing the necessities that should have already been provided.

My husband and I were excited to have our daughter return to The Learning Experience when she could. The staff is thorough with the CDC guidelines in dealing with the Covid-19 virus. Jackie and her staff are so warm and welcoming every morning at drop off and during pick-up. My daughter's teacher sends me a few pictures of what she works on and plays with during their outside time. The food options are healthy for her meals and snacks. They staff does a wonderful job with creativity; making ice cream in a plastic baggie, and bringing in donuts for the kids. She is learning to become independent and using her imagination. She gives the staff hugs and really builds a bond with everyone there.

I wasn't just a parent who drops off and picks up I saw within as a worker and as a parent before kids cove became kids cove there was also Little Giants off Big Bend and Kids Cove Academy are probably the top two in the Riverview area & everything else is pretty average. I can say this because I either sent my children there or I worked there in the past ( five years ago or so) so I don't know how other child centers are now, but I want to compliment these two centers. Ms. Maribel & Ms. Chethana are excellent teachers & I'd recommend them both to anyone in the Riverview area needing VPK services.

I called this location and was told there was availability. I didn't want to risk losing the spot so I told the director I would like to tour and put a deposit down. I couldn't find any reviews online or on FB so I asked a local community page for reviews. I was shocked when one told me 'the teachers know where the blind spots are for cameras' and shared a couple incidents where children have been left outside accidentally, there have been physical altercations, and more. There were also 2 parents I spoke with. Apparently, even in the Florida heat - kids don't get offered water through out the day? That's just crazy. When I called peacocks plume to rescind my application due to neg reviews I've seen, she didn't seem to mind. Just to hold a spot you have to pay 150$ - no refunds. On VPK she came home with homework every week, and you know what, thanks to these homework and the lessons at school, my kid gets the very high score at the Star test and remarkable achievement. I am so surprised of how knowledgeable she obtained from her teachers. Not only the school is great at academy, but also it provides a fun and positive atmosphere and environment. The staff are super nice and friendly, they know all of the students and always say hello to you and the kids.
