Both campuses has the same curriculum and care. I really appreciate the Miss Judy. She is head of the place and is such a joy. You can tell that she takes great pride and care in her job. It seems likes she genuinely enjoy being around the kids and treats them all like they are her own. While my 3 year old attends fully time, she has been very accommodating to taking in my infant on the days that I need it despite me not having a consistent schedule yet. Most places won't be able to accommodate but she understands and tries hard to help all the working mommies and daddies out there. :)

Fast forward April 1 2024, I saw the police was at daycare when I went to go pick by 2 year old son up. When I walked through the doors the director was calling me about what was going on. I guess the teacher was aggressively handling my child and another parent saw it was super concern. The daycare DID NOT CALL THE POLICE! This parent sat there for 2 hours and were the ones that called the police. This daycare wanted the owner show up before calling the police. Even the policy told me they were trying hide the incident. There are NO RECORDING for this because TLE does no record footage at all. This teacher was out of ratio 1 teacher to 21 kids during nap time. They didn't call me for 5 hours after this happened. My son had a bruise on his back. They told me at first Ms. Lacey was not being fired for it which was a lie! The director quit right after this. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!

They're super attentive with the kids and work one-on-one with sensory games, singing, dancing, etc. The facility is super safe with an app for check in/out, and that monitors your child's daily activities (feedings, diaper changes, etc.). They also have a camera system which is an absolute plus!! I recently learned they also offer a Parents Night Out once a month! I LOVE looking at all of the photos the teachers snap throughout the day as well; surely helps when we can't be with them while at work. I'm very disappointed with our overall experience and especially with how our account and refund…read morerequest have been handled. There were several concerns during our time at this daycare. We experienced situations where teachers were yelling at children, as well as concerns about adequate supervision. On multiple occasions, my child came home with bite marks. I understand that accidents can happen in a childcare setting, but repeated incidents raised concerns for us about supervision and how these situations were being handled. We also had concerns with classroom management and communication. At one point, my child became so uncomfortable that he was crying and saying he was scared to go to daycare. We ultimately requested a classroom change, and our experience improved significantly with different teachers. We had some wonderful teachers who were kind and caring, and we appreciated them very much. Unfortunately, our most recent issue has been financial. We provided more than the required two-week notice and were previously given a $260 vacation credit for two weeks our child was absent in March. Based on the attendance, tuition, credit, and payments made, there appears to be an overpayment of approximately $256.41. I have provided the daycare with a detailed explanation and calculation and have repeatedly tried to resolve this directly. I have also specifically requested an explanation from the regional director regarding why this matter has not been addressed. I was told by the school director that the regional director has access to all of my emails and the relevant Procare information, yet she has not addressed the matter with me directly. What is particularly frustrating is that I was told by Mrs. Kayla that she believes I am simply asking for a refund of an unused vacation credit. That is not what I am requesting. The $260 vacation credit was already applied to my account and was part of the calculation when determining what I owed. The issue is the resulting account balance and apparent overpayment after applying the credit and accounting for the days my child actually attended. If the regional director has reviewed the emails and Procare records, I would expect the information to clearly show what I am actually disputing. I have asked for a straightforward explanation of how the final balance was calculated, but I have yet to receive one. I even offered an alternative resolution--using the amount toward several days of individual care if issuing a refund was administratively difficult. Overall, our experience has been very mixed. We had teachers who genuinely cared about our child, and we are grateful for them. However, the concerns regarding supervision, repeated biting incidents, teachers yelling at children, communication, and now the handling of an apparent overpayment have left us very disappointed. I'm sharing our experience so other parents can make an informed decision and, importantly, carefully keep track of attendance, payments, credits, and communications regarding their child's care. I will update when I hear back from the Regional Director about the refund.

In his two days there I witnessed a teacher tossing the baby's face down on their cots from standing adult height. I witnessed her snatching food from the toddlers when they got distracted and they were left hungry. I witnessed her grabbing them up by their arms which is a high risk for dislocation in children. ALSO , after his two days he contracted rotavirus , which means they aren't cleaning their changing tables bc it's spread by feces to mouth contact. Upon telling them all of this they just said they'd review cameras. This is not a safe place especially for babies. I don't understand how they got good reviews I have to believe those few views were paid for. Also my son came home with a big bruise on his back as well. He also got diaper rash in those two days he's NEVER had a rash and he's 16 months.
