I only toured this daycare but let me tell you - it's one of the nice daycares I've seen. Like a legitimate tiny school. The teachers were so sweet and kind talking to my daughter. The Learning Experience - Bloomingdale is top of the line, best of the best for childcare. I was very nervous when I had to put my babies into daycare but I can honestly say that I couldn't have made a better choice. They go above and beyond to ensure all the children are well taken care of, happy and loved. I love the app that parents have access to when their children are enrolled. They post updates throughout the day as well as adorable photos (of course if you want them to take photos of your babies). Miss Dominique, Miss Valerie, Miss Jennifer and Miss Haley assured me from day 1 that they would take care of my littles and love them as their own. They will let you pop in and watch your kids on their cameras (in their private office) and they allow you to call throughout the day (and trust me I call everyday hahaha). The first week I called every hour but now I am down to 1 - 2 times a day. My 19 month old is in the toddler class and Miss Deanna and Miss Chanel were phenomenal helping him adjust to his new daily routine. They hold him when he is missing us and they are amazing at positively redirecting him. Now it is to the point where my son will cry for Miss Deanna. Every morning he holds his arms out, jumps in her arms and blows us kisses and says "bye bye I go outside". My 6 month old is in the infant class and Miss Cel and Miss Alison happily greet us every morning. My baby gives us big smiles and is always happy to go to them. We are also very excited for their awesome summer program coming up where they offer unique and fun activities for the kids if you'd like your child to attend and every Wednesday is water day! They also practice safety with the kids like fire drills and intruder drills and they have a very well structured safety plan. Overall, The Learning Experience - Bloomingdale is the perfect childcare and if you are looking for that, my advice to you as a parent that wants to see my children happy and thriving is to look no further because you won't find a better learning experience for your little ones. My daughter has been at TLE for a year and a half. While I've not always been crazy about some of the happenings there, what I will say is that there are some VERY kind and caring individuals who work there. My daughter's teachers have always been amazing and we have built very trusting relationships over our time spent (Ms. Kanea, Ms. Taylor, Ms. Brittany, Ms. Jade just to name a few). These young ladies have shown compassion, understanding, patience, and love to both my daughter and myself and it is clear that they understand the impact they have on us both. Mrs. Valerie and Mrs. Mary have consistently kept me abreast on things I've needed to know and have listened to my complaints on things that I felt needed to change, impacting and affecting change where they could to the best of their abilities. Is the center perfect? No. But truly what center is? My biggest reason for keeping my daughter there are the folks named above and so far that's been enough. read more

My daughter has been going to TLE Bloomingdale since she was 3 months old . When I toured the facility the director Cathy was going over the curriculum with me I could not believe they were teaching infants and one-year-olds Spanish and sign language. Secondly I never thought my daughter would be using sign language to express her needs later. My daughter is now 18 months old and uses her sign language on a daily basis to tell me when she's done, when she wants more of some thing, when something hurts her. It is absolutely amazing that my baby can communicate with me before she's able to speak the actual words. I thank the amazing staff at The Learning Experience on Bloomingdale for making this possible. And the best part of all is the staff makes you feel like family. I know when I leave my baby there I'm leaving her with people who care and love her and she loves them. Best feeling a working mom could ever have. Update: This center is trash. Ever since the new director took over, the whole center has went downhill. They stretch their teachers thin. The teachers don't have capacity to teach the 'world class' and way overpriced curriculum they boast about. Your child will not get the attention they deserve and that will ultimately impact their development. The director sits comfortably in her office while her staff is in a frenzy. She doesn't care for the well being of her employees, therefore she doesn't care for the well being of the kids that attend there. Save your money! read more

My little guy has been in the infant room with Ms. Christina, Ms. Nadia, Ms. Ray and Ms. Cel since December 2018. He is genuinely excited to see his teachers every day which helps me with my working mom guilt. They are kind, caring professionals who really enjoy what they do and it shows. BEWARE! This place is dangerous and they neglect children in a major way. My finally straw with them was son getting hurt there and they didn't even bother to call me and report it. I had to arrive at the center that evening to pick him up and find out that one of the workers bumped him and made him fall and caused the skin to be scrapped off his face, the size of a half dollar. They tried to act as if it were a small issue and said they cleaned it with water and put a bandaid on it. My son is scarred for life emotionally and physically. I really had an awful experience with this place. My daughter attended VPK here and it's sad to say she didn't learn anything! Until the last month or so when they got a new teacher. By the time she was done, she was suppose to know her numbers, shapes, colors, write and sight words, read, etc. My daughter knew her numbers and ABCs, because we worked on them at home. Everything else she was clueless about. She knew how to sing and that was about it and that was for their graduation recital. Talk about embarrassing! This was due to the teachers literally quitting left and right. I mean they would be there one day and then be gone with no trace left behind. The director Jennifer should not be in that position at all. I confronted many times about the concerns I had and she would give me some of the dumbest answers that honestly made me question her intelligence. This place is overpriced, they make it seem like it's the perfect place for a child to attend and it's the complete opposite and I regret taking my daughter there. I did early drop off and I was always waiting on someone to arrive to watch the children. Majority of the time there's no one at the front desk to answer the phones. If your child has any type of injury regardless of how minor it was, no notification was ever made. Their own staff complains about their director, that speaks volumes. Honestly, as a parent my advice is take your child elsewhere where people are actually certified to teach or have an idea of what they're doing. You're not helping your child out or doing them any good by bringing them here. How on earth they received awards blows my mind because when they sent me surveys to talk about how they were doing I was always honest, like I'm being right now. read more

My first experience ever walking into a daycare in Florida. I went to pick up my grandson for the afternoon. I was so impressed with the customer service and greeting as well as the security. Locked doors with intercom access before unlocking. Obviously I had to show ID which was validated on computer. Then I was escorted to the "baby room" which required shoe covers due to the age of the children. Everyone was extremely cordial and the facility was immaculate. Very impressive! read more

Ms. Vera is truly amazing. You can tell she loves the kids. And my son loves her. She takes pride in teaching them and always strives for them to progress. She's always informing us and keeping us up to date on things going on. I would definitely recommend anyone to this school. My son is in VPK, and their learning process is awesome. They go over the steps that take place and what their goal is for the kids, to get them ready for kindergarten. Great Place! read more

The 5 stars that was given was specifically for 1 particular Teacher who goes above and beyond. Her name is Mrs. Alissa. She does her very best to make sure that the Children are getting a great education and are fully prepared for Kindergarten and required testing. Beyond that she always greets you with a smile and always has a positive attitude. She has made purchases and do many other things out of her own pockets for the Kids. She is definitely 1 of those Teachers that you NEVER FORGET and is the ONLY reason I haven't pulled my Son out of this Center. read more

Only day 2 here and it's fabulous. My baby girl is in the infant room and she's still getting used to the whole environment. The teachers cuddle Mia and attend to her every need. They send a bunch of updates of my baby girl. They even said if I wanted to call to get an update I could. So of course I did the first day, to check up on my baby girl. They sent me photos through their app, they have camera's in the room, the staff is delightful. Everything is clean, organized, and awesome. They had muffins for mommy's on Monday (special event)! Every time we walk inside in the morning, we're greeted. Haven't had a problem !! So so reliable and everyone works with me. I love it here, only downside it's pricey, but you pay for what you get. They're definitely a high quality daycare, and I completely trust them with my baby girl Mia. The infant room is fabulous!! Babies are stimulated and get a bunch of interaction with the other babies. read more

Since Covid started over 30 months ago, at this point I am pretty sure that TLE is using this as an excuse to not allow parents inside because something bad ( other than covid) is happening. This is the ONLY daycare and school around that still doesn't allow parents inside. I personally haven't seen my child's classroom since 2019, and in all this time I only got a very vague " your child is doing good" progress. Waiting outside in line for 20-40 min while I also have middle schoolers that need to make it to their school and I also have a job to be at, it's unacceptable. There is no parking for all the parents TLE is making to wait outside, it creates traffic jam every morning and it makes it difficult to get out of there without almost hitting another car or a person. If you go during random hours you will see the director, front desk and some teachers not even wearing masks. None of this makes sense. 30 parents are standing outside in line, still around other people's children, so why can't we get in, since we all enter the same room to sign in? Don't masks and vaccines work? Again, this is the ONLY daycare around that does this. Makes you wonder what is really going on. We will be changing schools. read more

From the outside it was so beautiful, the center itself is beautiful, but the lady that we toured with was not very professional looking at all she looked as if she had just rolled out of bed. My daughter toured the infant room, and the caregivers had their lunch by the children's bottles. And the lady who toured us seemed as if she was preoccupied with other things. This place has "Substandard" written all over it. We were met with Valerie who was supposed to be giving us a tour. She had a 2 year old who was being carried by her through out the tour. The 2 year old was in some distraught & was crying with drips flowing from the nose which she didn't bother the entire time. The whole corridor was filled with wails from each room. While we were being given the tour a dad concerned & really agitated walks in asking Valerie " Is she fine" & Valerie very calmly told him she is fine but crying. The dad completely was flabbergasted with her lack of empathy & responded "You better have an incident report" & storms off. All this while we are analyzing the sequence of events & already come to a conclusion & this place is a No-No. The place is small & cramped. I cant give statements on cleanliness as i really wasnt bothered. She also was dressed very unprofessionally even by the low standards i keep & reflected very badly on her. I dont know if she was condescending to us or did she make her conclusion on if we werent interested either way she was a huge turn off. I did meet the dad of the incident report issue later outside & mentioned that this was the 3rd time & he was looking for a change. Strike out !!!! read more

My daughter attended this TLE on Bloomingdale for 6 months and it's honestly one of the most regretful decisions I have ever made. We switched from Post Sunshine Ranch (which we loved) because TLE was closer, more convenient, new and so nice looking. My child learned nothing except a fear of going to daycare daily. She hated it and I couldn't figure out why. Then she had 3 different teachers quit within a month so there were "fill ins" daily. The Christmas program was horrible that we attended. The kids and new teacher had no clue what was going on. It was truly embarrassing for everyone in there. There are many wonderful daycares in this area. Please check them out. Please do not think that this place must be better because you get what you pay for. That doesn't always hold true! And one more things parents, when you radar goes up and you start questioning what's going on - GET OUT! I made my child stay there for wayyyy longer than we should have and months later it still eats me alive. I know there has been a huge turnover in the staff in the last few months and I hope and pray that things get better there for those sweet babies! read more
