They force feed them by holding the baby's chin and shoving the food in and you can tell the baby doesn't want it. I was horrified watching my grandson in this place. I saw a little baby on the floor with this thick rubber boppy thing around their head. They could not move to roll over or see anything but the sides of this thing. The baby cried in this thing for over a half hour. They saw the baby but just walked by. No one went to see if the baby was OK or to console her. My grandson was left in a crib crying hysterically for at least 25 minutes. We told them he has disabilities. He is missing a quarter of his brain and aspirates while eating. He was in the highchair being force fed and banging the back of his head against the back of the highchair when they let go of his chin. I called and yelled stop feeding him, you could kill him by doing that. Needless to say he will not be going back, he didn't even last a week. I feel sorry for all the other baby's. Families should watch the monitors they will not like what they see.

I add 2 hours to my drive every day to take her there (30 min there and back then again in the evening) because of how much I love and trust the ladies at this center. Theresa has been great with assisting in any kind of paperwork support or assistance helping us save a lot during challenging times. The ladies in the infant and tots rooms (especially Angela and Jackie) have been great and very patient with helping my daughter through some emotional times. She has had some separation anxiety as well as adjusting to new challenging things in our home due to family illness. They have been so patient and kind letting her adjust at her own pace and meeting her where she is at. I love the pictures and videos of different activities they do throughout the day! I wanted to add some further details to my previous review. The report where we alleged abuse is…read morenow available in public records online. It can be obtained on the Hillsborough County Sheriff's website by asking for a copy of incident 18-781220. It contains everything I've posted on Yelp. The case was eventually closed because a parent seeing a child abused is not sufficient evidence to convict the abusive teacher in a court of law. We asked for an incident report from TLE more than once and thus far they have ignored our requests. When my child was bitten 3 times in 2 weeks there, we were definitely given incident reports and had to sign them. It makes me wonder if TLE just avoids creating certain records that make them look bad. Another thing that makes TLE look bad is the company's lack of morals. As I look at my previous review, I can see that the Regional Manager for The Learning Experience in Riverview, FL, Christopher M, has commented on my Yelp post saying he thinks it's funny. Am I missing something? A report of child abuse is funny to a Regional Manager who oversees multiple childcare locations? I am beyond impressed by everyone at this school. From the director who is kind, personal, and wonderful, the admin staff are amazing coming up with creative ways to celebrate and teach, the staff always having a smile and hello when you pass, and of course the teachers. The teachers are what any parent is looking for for their children. The amount of effort and skill that goes into the daily learning is incredible. My 5 year old is in Ms Kim and Ms Maria's class, she has grown so much in a year. She just scored 99 %tile on the state testing and the knowledge she teaches us at dinner is beyond her years. She's leaving pre K knowing how to read, write, addition/subtraction. My other one is in Ms Marisol and Ms Teresitas 2's class and learning so much. I highly recommend this daycare for anyone questioning it. I highly recommend it to anyone who asks.

You're supposed to use a key fob to get in, but he was able to get in without it. He walked straight back to the infant room & just said he was there for our daughter by name and they gave her to him no questions asked, even though they had never seen him before. Luckily it was her last day there. The teachers were alright at most. I'd usually pick my daughter up hungry and needing to be changed which was very inconvenient.
