I'm not typically one to write reviews about products or services, but I'm motivated to provide the…read moreinsight of a father of a toddler who has been with the school for nearly 4 years now. We toured the school shortly after relocating to Tampa Palms and immediately felt comfortable. Many of the teachers, especially in the rooms of the youngest children, have been with the school for a very long time. They treat your children as if they were their own. They challenge them, they support them, they teach them, and they allow them to be children. The curriculum is dynamic and feedback is consistently provided to help us to extend the learning outside the classroom. From a value perspective, the pricing is extremely competitive and affordable. When the new owners took over, they spent significant funds to improve the facilities. They upgraded the entire outdoor area to make it more usable year round, especially during rainy season. The Fitzpatricks did this because they knew it would be a better product and a better environment for our children. Tuition didn't increase a penny, despite the large capital improvement. The owners and leadership team work closely with outside vendors to make sure that the extracurricular programs offered to our students are competitively priced and from reputable companies. My son loves that he is able to participate in gymnastics, soccer, drama, and soon will be joining in on karate. He wouldn't have the opportunity to be exposed to such a wide variety of programs without Primrose. In terms of responsiveness, we've never seen a parent's request or small complaint go without answer and remediation. The school does an excellent job communicating with all parents. No school of infants to Pre-K students will ever be completely free of germs, but should a student bring an infection into school, there is immediate communication to parents, and steps are taken to ensure that any potential spread is minimized. I travel for work most weeks and my wife also works full time. Neither of us would be able to have the peace of mind and ability to focus on our careers that we do without the amazing environment and experience provided by both Primrose and its owners, The Fitzpatricks. We know that our son is in good hands and is surrounded by friends, teachers, and administrators who care about his safety, well-being, education, and growth. When you enroll in Primrose, you gain an extension of your family. Teachers become aunts and uncles who check in on your child long after they move on from their classroom. The support staff and administrators go out of their way to make you feel informed and included, and they make sure to give every student attention. A building full of infants and toddlers has the potential to be a very chaotic place, but somehow the group at Primrose Tampa Palms finds a way to provide a calm, inclusive, and supportive environment for all of us. A child's education and development is one of the most important investments you can make, especially in these early years. If we had to make the choice again, we'd choose Primrose every time.

They care for them like they were their own and know all of their little quirks. I feel confident that when I drop them off they will have a day full of structured learning and play. They both love Primrose and it is evident that the staff, to include leadership, are invested in them and to making the school somewhere they feel safe and happy when they are away from home. 100% trust this school with my children!

I am a first time mommy and I was very nervous to let my LO begin his first Infant Day Care…read moreexperience so I can return back to work. But,it has been a wonderful experience for my LO in the past 2 months. Not only am I able to call or drop by to check on my son anytime; they post pictures and videos of what he is doing during circle time or if he shows a milestone, such as holding his bottle, singing his ABC's, turning on the floor on his own and talking with the other infants in the class. You receive a daily email report on his feedings, diaper changes and sleeping times electronically (so much better than on paper for your records). I also liked how they only allow 8 babies at a time in the room and always have backup whenever a caretaker is out of the office. The infant room is clean, organized and not so crammed, unlike some other places I've seen. The teachers know my LO by name and it feels really safe there. During the first week, being the anxious mom, I had to check on my son the entire week. To my surprise, the Directors answered the phone on the first few rings to assist me. The 2 Directors, Steve and Yvonne are very helpful, insightful and accommodating to any questions or concerns. I would like to give kudos to 2 main caretakers in the infant room, Samantha and Arcely. They are very attentive to my LO's needs and inform me on my LO's accomplishments or give a few great recommendations. So far, my LO seems very happy and content every time he is in the infant classroom. He also surprisingly sleeps throughout the night when at home, versus at day care because of all the activities and interacting with the other infants in the room.

Friendly, clean, sercurity as far as people walk in walk out I thought was good for the most part no complains. Had a little problem with enrollment about to enroll, nothing big that would stop me.. So asked to see the bathroom. It was clean for the most part but inside the toliet looked like it could use a good scrub, nothing horrifying. But I took a double look and the doors are half doors, and so asked and explained it had to be like that bc some kids are not self helped. What ever happend to teachers standing by the bathrooms if they needed help. I have never seen a halfdoor and the half door, most of it is glass to see in. This is what Turned me away to be honest. I have taught my kids from a young age body part and what not to show. so any tours scdh or not schd come in and and person can see my child useing the bathroom and all the little kids sitting on the floor or in centers can see straight in. This honestly was a deal breaker for me. like I said everyone was nice, clean, classrooms good, not to much stuff org. But I didnt like that anyone can walk in and see my child use the bathroom.
